My husband and I have even referred our extended family to him over the years with success. No question goes unanswered, and he and his team are always very responsive. Selma's designs are very good - she listens well, takes good notes, and picks good materials…read more Unfortunately that's where her skills stop. During her management of our $40,000 kitchen project, Selma interacted very poorly with the contractors she selected, resulting in a number of delays and problems. We waited on materials for weeks or months that Selma had ordered incorrectly or used at the wrong stage of the contract. We never had a clear understanding of where our money was, or when our project would be done. We signed a contract with an estimated finish date of July 20th, 2018. Now, in mid-October 2018, we're still waiting on the project to be completed. We fired Selma last weekend due to her complete inability to keep a project on time or produce quality outputs. Selma is very reliable at one aspect of her job, however - she can consistently be relied upon to ask for more money. I will absolutely not recommend Selma to anyone for actual project work. If you simply need a design, give her a try. If you actually need someone to build anything, hire someone else.

She guided us through the full process as first time home buyers, referred us to fantastic partners (inspector, mortgage broker, etc), helped us navigate using a VA loan in a competitive market, provided encouragement when our offers didn't get accepted, advocated for our best interests, provided great feedback on home repair/reno considerations, and so much more. I really appreciated how her team worked together to accommodate our schedules, and we loved working with her partners Debbie and Brett when she wasn't available personally. We couldn't be happier with our home and are so grateful to Julia and team!

Each project is unique, and beautiful, and she never fails to create the perfect space. Since having great success on flips I've decided to hire Tracey to stage some of my rental properties as well. I was very pleased with how beautiful they turned out and at a very fair price . In addition we received a tremendous amount of prospective tenants , much more than we would have (I'm sure) if we hadn't staged the apartment . Moving forward I will definitely be using Tracey to stage my new apartments as well ! Once again she proved herself to be a great asset to my team . I would highly reccomend Tracey!

Prior to staging we had numerous conversations discussing colors, room dimensions and style we were going for. We couldn't have asked for a better choice of furniture, accent pieces and decor to show off our home. It really did take it to the next level. Our home sold quickly with numerous offers flooding in and we truly believe staging had a large part in this. We had so many local realtors ask for her info and one was so impressed that they asked if they could use our home as the background to their promotional video. Her prices are very reasonable-you can't afford not to hire her! We plan on using Tracey on all of our future flips.
