When I spoke to him before hand, he seemed like he knew what he was doing. The result, however, was a tall, ungainly, unwieldy looking configuration with everything shrink wrapped but chair legs sticking out the sides of the pallet under the shrink wrap. When I asked some questions about strapping of the chairs within the shrink wrap and how they were packed to get an idea if they would be safe to ship as he had packed them, Tyler did not offer any details about how they were configured or address any of my concerns. Instead he demanded immediate payment and threatened to just cut them out of the packaging and leave. I was astounded at his unprofessionalism and how angry he got from the simple act of asking how the chairs were strapped down to the pallet. She described her strategy of "sell/donate/remove" as three options for items, and we struck an agreement, setting the deal in motion. Francine brilliantly used her contacts to locate someone who agreed to transport many of the larger furniture items to a donation site in return for keeping some of the other valuable items (we pre-agreed in advance on this tactic). This resulted in fewer total items her team needed to remove, and therefore a significant cost savings to me. She certainly could have removed everything for a higher fee, but chose an honest, ethical approach instead. To top things off, her crew gave the house a cleaning that was jaw-dropping, given the condition in which I last had seen it.
