They dont seem open to feedback, suggestions or making changes to improve their performance. I've literally been told "We've been doing it that way for years" and "It's a lot of work to maintain a condo complex of this size." The list of disappointments would take too long to fully include here... so frustrating especially as our HOA fees keep going up, and the low quality of their services negatively effect my property value and quality of life.

(My security deposit, after ~ ten years, gained $.42 usd. Yeah, forty-two cents. My water usage was ~ $5.00 usd per month, and the bill averaged $25.00 usd per month. Fees, fees, fees.) They will soon find a way to charge you for the air you breathe in their building(s). 4) You will hear every ambulance siren, fire-truck siren, and police siren in Rochester. 24/7. You will hear every drag race and muffler-less car and motorcycle. 24/7. 5) The actual lofts are nice, but no washer/dryer. 6) Snow plowing is iffy. The plow leaves a trail of snow behind your cars. We are now 8 weeks past closing date for my purchase of a property Nothnagle agent listed. After…read moreless than 24 hours on the market, the Nothnagle seller accepted my all cash, over asking price, w/o an inspection contingency, 30-day closing offer for their listing which stated in the MLS description that materials were already ordered for repairs that would be completed before closing. All parties signed a contract stating that closing would be on or before I closed on my former property (which took place on 10/25/18.) But, on Nov 6th I find out that not only are the materials NOT yet ordered, but that the property is not in compliance with HOA rules from prior repairs, and the seller is unable to fulfill the terms he made in the contract. The Nothnagle agent never responded to several of my offers to arrange pre-posession or seller concessions to remedy the burdens that each day not closed causes me. So I guess Nothnagle sellers can fail to perform as promised without any consequence & at the cost of the buyer. A written agreement which includes a Time is of the Essence clause means nothing to them. What a nightmare the last 8 weeks have been, and now that the seller is finally prepared to close, today claims he has a "new offer" and is holding it over my head to strong-arm me into closing on terms which benefit the delinquent seller and cost me for the mistakes he made with 4 major structural repairs and the HOA approval/certification process. One way to see how good of a Realtor you've got -- they're either going to stick up for you or they're going to try to force you to close so they can get paid.

Less than 12 hours later I was told (a loop hole) that New York requires a lawyer to submit a contract but it was the weekend. They reneged on the contract after they agreed to accept our offer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS REALTOR - they may follow the law but they are unethical!! Tina Spoor is shady!
