We selected Joe Giuliano as our realtor to sell our home in Penfield, and he exceeded our expectations. He first recommend the landscaper, who did an excellent job at beautify our front and backyard areas. He also brought in Georgiana Sicari for staging and design. She made the interior layout of our home, more appealing to prospective buyers using many of our own furniture, and simply moving them to another room. Since this involved the relocation of furniture, we are thankful that Joe and his son came and helped us move the furniture. Joe brought in a photographer, who took amazing photos of the interior of our home and utilized a drone to take great aerial shots of the exterior. So it took me a long time for this review but here go. I want to give my compliments to Anthony Butera one of the agents of WCI Real Estate. He was a fresh of breath air, we have used Mr. Butera for the last few years to sell and buy several properties and I will probably will never use another real estate agent cause he is the best. Pros: he suggested for us contractor, painters and stagers to sell my parents home, that sold at fair price and quickly. All of our friends and family now is using him. He has a very professional and friendly personality that everyone loves. I can go on forever but I will stop and tell anyone looking for a real estate agent call WCI Anthony Butera.
