Kyle went over and beyond on the sell of my home in Henrietta. Being in California while the whole process went on, I had to put all my trust in him and I'm glad I did. He kept me in the loop, especially when there were challenges at my property, especially when he raced over at midnight to check on my property. He definitely was a life saver in that moment. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a honest, responsive real estate agent instate or out of state. Great professionalism and communicator!!! read more

Kyle is terrific realtor! We found a house and were able to open escrow in a week in the busy Rochester market. Usually it takes much more time. Kyle was great working with the lender, following up regularly. He's been a source of people to help, a pest guy anda gutter company. I he people he's recommended have also been quality. We found Kyle online thru Yelp. read more

We used Kyle to buy and sell this year. We had a great experience and got great results. It's still a tough market to buy in, but with Kyle's help and experience we were able to get an offer accepted quickly. On the sale side, we sold quickly and well above list price. Throughout the process, Kyle was available whenever we needed him, and always told us what we needed to hear when we needed to hear it. His expertise and feel for the market helped us make good decisions. For example, the house we ended up buying needed a little work. Before we put in the offer, Kyle gave us estimates of what he thought the renovations might cost. All of his estimates have turned out to be correct. I'm an attorney who does a fair bit of residential real estate work, so I have had the chance to see many agents in action over the years. I haven't found anyone better. I would enthusiastically recommend Kyle to anyone looking. read more

Couldn't have picked a better realtor to work with! My home sold super fast, and I believe it was only because of Kyle! He had an amazing photographer showcase my house beautifully, and his write up about my house was equally great! He kept us updated every single step and quickly responded to any and all questions we had. I highly recommend him! read more

Excellence from start to finish!!! Kyle helped me purchase my first home a little over 4 years ago. When I began thinking about listing my house, Kyle was my first call! His knowledge of not only the area, but of the housing market is second to none! He told me just what I needed to do and WHEN. A few short weeks later, my house was listed, we held 3 days of showings and received an astounding 20+ offers, thanks to his excellent pictures, listing description and price! Kyle helped me pick the best offer and then the tables turned & it was my turn to shop...again! The market was less than stellar this time around and although I had some let downs, Kyle stayed positive and helped me find my dream house, in the exact town I wanted to be!!! He's the best and I would hands down recommend him to ANYONE looking to sell/purchase a home! read more

Kyle is by far the most attentive and helpful realtor we have ever worked with. He responds to questions very quickly and is very accommodating when it comes to unique situations like looking for and purchasing a property from another state. I highly recommend Kyle! read more

I'm so glad I found Kyle to help us with our purchase. He is friendly, responsive and communicates clearly with absolutely no bullsh*t. He patiently answered my questions and seems to value educating his clients. He was also very valuable to visit homes with, since he seems to have an experienced eye for issues like moisture and rot, given that no one is doing pre-purchase inspections in Rochester at the moment. The same [minor] issues that Kyle pointed out when we viewed our home were the issues that our inspector noted after the purchase. [Edited to correct a typo.] read more

My wife and I have worked with several real estate agents over the years, and Kyle is the best of them all. It was such a pleasure working with Kyle, who was always responsive and knew how to advocate for us with just the right mix of assertiveness and diplomacy. Kyle knows Irondequoit, having grown up here, which was important to us, as we were conducting our house hunt from Canada! When we began our real estate journey, we were looking into buying land and building a house, something Kyle himself has done. When it became clear that we could not control costs on a new build without getting in over our heads, Kyle seamlessly pivoted to showing us existing housing stock that met our needs. We worked with Kyle from Toronto. If we found something online that we liked, he would go and check it out for us and then let us know whether he thought it worthwhile doing a FaceTime tour. After a FaceTime tour, we would evaluate whether we had a chance to drive three and a half hours each way to see it in person. As we got to know Kyle and he us, we came to trust him so much that we felt we didn't even need to be there in person to make an informed decision. What we couldn't see, he would describe, such as the smell of the basement or the slope of the landscaping. He would advise us on the neighbourhoods and community amenities. In the end, we made one offer on a home we had seen in person and two offers on homes we had not seen in person. Irondequoit is a seller's market, so it was competitive, and Kyle gave us good advice on what to include in our offers, as well as gauging our enthusiasm for any given house. If we really had our hearts set on a home, we went all-in on the contract. But if we felt that it wouldn't be a tragedy if we were outbid, but that the house met our needs, we placed comfortable escalation clauses so that we would not feel like we overpaid for a house just so that we could outbid other potential buyers. Kyle's understanding of the strategic nature of contract writing was really helpful. Kyle is honest, good humored, available at short notice via text, phone, and email, and never tried to pressure us into anything. He never came across as if he was looking to close a sale as quickly as possible so that he could move on to the next client and claim his commission. His commitment to us as clients was extraordinary. If asked his opinion, he would give a measured response that convinced us he was always putting himself in our shoes. He took time to listen to what we wanted and never tried to upsell us on anything. If we ruled something out, he never showed us anything he knew we weren't interested in, ever. Kyle has excellent professional relationships with lenders, insurance brokers, real estate attorneys, and his many colleagues in the area who represent sellers. He also referred us to contractors, plumbers, roofers, electricians, and others in the building trades. He would reach out on our behalf and make introductions, and whomever he connected us with treated us with respect, professionalism, and integrity. You could not do better in Irondequoit than having Kyle Hiscock as your agent, advisor, and advocate. read more

My husband and I moved here from about five hours away to live nearer to family. We found that the housing market is very different in western NY! After talking with a few different Realtors, we are very grateful that we were connected with Kyle Hiscock! Kyle always took the time to respond to our questions or to show us a property, even if we had to FaceTime when we couldn't be there in person. Kyle is very responsive, and very knowledgeable. He sent us listings for homes that met our requirements, and he kept us informed. He always responded promptly, even when he was away on vacation (as we found out later)! His father is also very experienced as a Realtor, and he showed us a property without much notice! Kyle is very thorough when searching for a home and he really listens to his clients, and their wishes! If you want someone who is a true professional, who is working for you and your best interests, who is consistently communicating and keeping you informed, then you should work with Kyle! We are so thankful for him, and we know that we may not have been able to navigate this challenging housing market, and buy the house we have! After a previous failed home search with someone else we took the time to interview multiple agents to find a better fit and Kyle was a step above the rest. As first time buyers that had previously been led astray we were very unsure, but Kyle took the time to guide us while always being completely transparent with us. Kyle was always responsive, reliable, personable, and either him or his father, and business partner, were always available to show us any home at the drop of a hat. We would, and have, recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks for all of your hard work Kyle! We are so glad to finally be home and couldn't have done it without you! read more

Rochester, NY was named the toughest housing market in the country this year...But it still was no match for Kyle! My fiancé and I went to only 1 showing/only placed 1 offer. My husband and I are new to the Rochester area, so we were clueless when it came to buying a house here. I am so grateful that we got in touch with Kyle and had the opportunity to work with him. He instilled confidence in him the moment we met him and our confidence did not waver. He was so supportive, patient and kind. He responded right away whenever we had questions. My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers, fresh out of college, not sure how any of this "adulting" stuff really worked. Kyle was there 24/7 in our group chat answering any questions we had, making any appointment we wanted, doing everything he could for us no matter what time it was. We always worked pretty late and Kyle was still able to get showings for us. Kyle went out of the country and he was still texting us from the plane and answering any questions we had... and trust me we had some pretty dumb questions. He was always very laid back at our showings, always told us his honest opinions, while still being so professional. He made us feel that we could come to him with anything without judgement and we knew we'd get a reliable answer. We just loved him and really feel like he was such a big part of our experience buying our first home. Even through the corona virus pandemic he still made things happen and made our closing process so easy for us. We will 100% come to him when we are ready to sell this house. read more
