However, there were items taken out of my house without my permission for sale outside of my house. Communication was very poor on several things. She never apologized for any of this. Also I had to ask for a detailed list of what was sold a couple of times. Not a good experience.

I asked if there were ANY bids on the piece and was told "No, make me an offer." We agreed on a price and general pick up arrangements for the next day. The next morning, when I notified them of the exact hour of pickup, they told me the piece had already been sold and was picked up by someone else! As I voiced my complaint, they hung up the phone on me. My guess is that someone came along the morning after the sale ended, offered them a higher price, and they took it. While that dubious practice might work well for the seller, it's not ethical nor is it good business practice. All I can say is "Buyer Beware" and "Sellers take care."
