Mike, Joe, Charlie, and their whole crew renovated both bathrooms and converted our sunroom into a space we now can't imagine living without. From the very first estimate to the final walk-through, communication was outstanding. Any question we had (no matter how small), Mike, Joe, or Charlie answered immediately and patiently--always with a smile and total reassurance. They take immense pride in their work, caught details we never would have considered, and offered suggestions that took everything to the next level. They started right on time and finished in under 6 weeks (would've been even quicker if our windows and vanities hadn't been delayed by the suppliers). The craftsmanship is flawless--every time I walk by the sunroom or step into one of the bathrooms I'm still in awe. It's honestly a work of art. By the end we were genuinely sad to see them leave. They'd become part of our daily routine, and saying goodbye felt like saying goodbye to family. We miss having them around! If you want contractors who treat your home and your family like their own, hire ProBros LLC without hesitation. Mike, Joe, Charlie--you guys are the best. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They delivered an incredible transformation--one that we genuinely love walking into every single day. What stood out most was their clear, step‑by‑step breakdown of the entire process. We always knew what was happening, what to expect next, and how long each phase would take. That level of communication made the project feel smooth and stress‑free. They also worked with impressive efficiency, completing the remodel in just a matter of weeks without ever compromising on quality. Every detail--from the craftsmanship to the finishing touches--shows real pride in their work! Our new kitchen feels brighter, more functional, and truly ours. We couldn't be happier with the result and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who is skilled, reliable, and a pleasure to work with.

We went with Fabuwood cabinets which are fantastic for the price. We took estimates from Lowes, a local custom kitchen and bath, but ultimately ended up working with Alba because of Matt and the excellent value for the cabinets.

As we all know, things happen and sometimes things just happen out of our control so I liked that assurance. Plus I had read about their quality and I liked what I saw. I don't believe you need to get custom everything but I also don't believe in buying the cheapest option available to you. This seemed like the perfect compromise. I was able to meet with a designer, and although we weren't changing much in the kitchen, as we were keeping the original layout, he was able to suggest where we could make some visual architectural tweaks to make the kitchen pop more. I very much appreciated that I could see a full sketch on the computer versus a drawing layout. Once I committed there was a deposit and then the remaining half down and the rest upon completion. I did have a hiccup with the crown molding being a different color, but they were able to order the correct one and it was shipped out within a month. However, I had to pay to have my contractor remove the initial molding and put the new molding up. There were also issues with holes not lined for shelving which we just have to live with or at some point commit to making our own holes. This is pretty poor. It has been about 6 months and so far they are holding up.

My wife and I are planning to remodel our kitchen this summer. We have put in our vacation time at work and since we know our dates and timeline, wanted to be proactive in getting cabinets and countertops ordered and scheduled. We have close friends who just did their kitchen and recommended Cabinets to Go, so we decided to head over and check it out. We did not make an appointment, so when we arrived and had to wait an hour to speak with someone, which we understood. Once it was our turn, Donnette greeted us and was very kind. She was pleasant and made us feel at ease. She walked us through the process of picking cabinets, flooring and a countertop. She created a layout of our kitchen and provided a printed rendering of how it will look. We were very satisfied and went home feeling great. We needed to provide a few additional measurements, but Donnette called us that evening so I could provide them and we spoke about a possible need to choose a new countertop option because, she stated that the choice we made was in fact, much more expensive than she originally thought. She said she would email a new rendering with the final dimensions added, and she did that later that evening. My wife and I were, again, very pleased. A few days later, my wife emailed Donnette to let her know that we would definitely like to move forward with the project and would like to schedule time to pick a new countertop option that fit our budget. After a couple of days with no response, I then emailed requesting confirmation of our previous email. After a few more days with no response, we started trying to call. Upon multiple attempts to call, during the week, and getting no one to answer, we emailed another time, specifically requesting again, to schedule time to pick new countertops and to finalize things and set a date to begin installation. No response, again. After about two more weeks, I tried calling again, this time in the weekend, and was able to get through. I was not able to speak to Donnette, but did explain to the person who answered, my situation and express my frustration with the lack of response, to which I was met with some gaslighting statements masked in trying to "explain". Later that evening, Donnette called me back. She acted a bit confused, at first, but did apologize and say "you are correct" a number of times. Ultimately, however, she too began trying to explain why we never received a response and said it was due to email settings not bringing our email to the top. LOL! Literally had me laughing. I felt disrespected, and like I was being treated as if I were dumb. At that point, I was done, but my wife decided we should give he4 another chance and we made an apoptosis go in the next weekend. Donnette assured me, multiple times, that she was holding noon until 1:00PM for us. When we arrived, she was with customers working on a design. It was exactly noon at this point. We said hello and Donnette greeted us. She assured us she would be with us shortly. Unfortunately, after 25 minutes, it became clear that the customers she was working with had just begun the design process and that our appointment meant nothing. We decided, at that point, that we were done. We left the store, without getting to pick new countertops or finalize anything. We were ready to put our deposit and get things set when we walked in, so we were extremely disappointed. Later that night the emails and calls began. From that day forward, Donnette was relentless. I never responded, but my wife decided to give them another chance. She spoke with Donnette and started working on finalizing things and setting dates, then says that we want to pay a deposit. Unbeknownst to us until this point, Cabinets to Go requires full payment for everything up front. My wife was stunned, so she called me. I was stunned. We have the money to pay, but we do not feel comfortable with being locked into such a large project from start to finish having no proof of any work or adherence to an established timeline. I have worked with many contractors and was once one myself, and no one asks for full payment up front. Max would be 50%, and I would be much more comfortable with 30% or even better, 20% up front and then two or three more installments as work milestones are completed. That, my friends. Was the last we will ever deal with Cabinets to Go. I will forever discourage anyone from paying a contractor in full before having any work completed. Pay a deposit and then pay in at least two more increments as you have proof of work completion and satisfaction.
