Horrible experience! My kitchen project was delayed 4 months because of a missing cabinet piece. It was obvious as soon as you walked into the kitchen for months and months. David was not helpful until I went down there myself and complained and followed up with tons and tons of emails. Finally, at a great cost, having to have the contractor come back again to install it, I finally have the kitchen complete. I followed up with David many times trying to get the additional cost covered and have him remedy the issues but he was not responsive. Now, I'm seeing this happened to other customers. David and Nancy are the best ! Nancy came to our home and designed for us a kitchen and two baths . Their pricing and customer service is excellent!!! They are experts in this field and their recommendations were on point . They do not try to sell you anything you don't need . They are always there for you 24/7 .. After my cabinets were delivered , I had some questions before my contractor installed them . David actually came to my house on a Sunday to make sure I had everything I needed to start installing !!! He doesn't just take your order and money and forget you after delivery! And he added that after all is installed he will come back to make sure everything is perfect . This is why he has been in business for a long time . Our kitchen has been on hold for more than six months due to a few missing panels and the company seems incapable or unwilling to remedy the situation. The only way to even get the owners attention was to successfully dispute charges with our credit company. Pro tip - if you are customer who is currently in a similar situation, and if you paid by credit card, your credit card company will likely claw back previously paid money on your behalf. Just make sure you take good notes in all of your conversations. I'm not sure whether this business always operates this way, or is just now under extreme stress. I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for your kitchen needs. 02/20/20 Update This past December, the owner, David, reached out to us. He said he wanted to make completing our project his top priority - and he did. We finally received all the missing pieces in January. In addition, we no longer had a contractor (our original one found full time work during the hiatus) and David's own contractor completed the installation and finishing touches at no charge to us. David told us that the experience we had was atypical for his business and was caused by a senior employee leaving the company abruptly and leaving behind unfinished business. We did notice a difference when David was personally overseeing the project in place of his predecessor. It's too bad this project took as long as it did. The experience I had with David over the last two months of the project was verypositive but does not erase the experience I had in the seven months prior. read more

Before you decide to buy from Wholesale consider this review. My wife and I ordered a large number of cabinets from here. The job commenced in March 2020 just as covid started. The order was placed in late 2019 and was delivered before everything shut down. In early July 2020 I was told a few items that were left off of our order would be delivered in about 1 to 2 weeks. These items were some trim which without them the kitchen looked unfinished. Late October is when the missed items were finally delivered and installed. Besides this other issues were numerous, too many to bore you. Bottom line, three points to to keep in mind, they are important. 1.) If you walk in the store and Nancy is your salesperson(she RARELY returns phone calls or emails) ask for someone else to help you. 2.) Don't pay more than 50% of your bill before completion 3.) If you don't follow points one and two get ready for a long and painful experience. read more

We renovated our kitchen 3 years ago and purchased our cabinets from Wholesale Kitchen Center. We continue to love our cabinets but had a problem with one of our soft close draw mechanisms. Fascinated to see the reviews on here. I was referred to them, so never checked. So glad I will not be working with this company. After many excuses, forcing my wife and I to come to the store to discuss the project - but yet the designer wasn't there, so the trip was a waste of time...there were many, and I mean many un returned calls and ignored emails by this Nancy, that the owner David insisted would be sending us information. Info never came, they missed 2 dates that owner said she would get things to me. They can piss off, do not use them. If this is how they treat you before they have your money, will be worse after! Top notch customer service from the time we walked into the showroom and met Nancy, who has an incredible eye for design & details and made fantastic recommendations to put it all together down to the granite, hardware, appliances, and backsplash; and to the contractor that installed it all with fantastic workmanship. Great experience! After visiting and getting prices at multiple cabinet stores I decided that Wholesale Kitchen center was the best choice. My designer, Nancy, understood what I was looking for and presented the most lovely design for our space. She kept us within budget without having to make any sacrifices on style. Their prices are competitive and very reasonable. We had a few minor issues with some of our cabinets that were delivered but we were extremely impressed with the way it was handled. The company's owner, David, personally came to our house to exchange the incorrect cabinets and make sure everything was as it should be. He even called a representative from the manufacturer to come to my home so he could point out to him the imperfections on my range hood and had him him do everything necessary to correct it. Which he did. David is a true professional and couldn't have handled the situation any better. We felt like VIP clients! All was corrected in a timely manner and the end result... our cabinets look gorgeous and we couldn't be more pleased!! read more

READ THIS BEFORE BUYING FROM Wholesale Kitchen Center, Lodi NJ We ordered a new kitchen back in August of 2020 (st. Martin) paid up front the total amount (big mistake) and still as of January 14, 2021 we are still missing various pieces of our kitchen cabinets. Some of the cabinets came for the wrong side of the kitchen . still missing a lazy susan and the pantry and one of the cabinets shelves are upside down! iN ADDITION SOME OF THE HANDLES THAT CAME WITH THE KITCHEN WERE DEFECTIVE AND WE HAD TO REORDER THEM and are still waiting for them (no handles on our cabinets YET!!). We have been told over and over again that they will be in next Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, etc. and not only do they not come in, these people do NOT have the courtesy to call us and let us know what is going on. We have to constantly be after them and are told story after story. When we ordered the kitchen we were told that this was suppose to be a fun experience it has been nothing less than a very aggravating process. We were suppose to have the kitchen done way before Thanksgiving and still waiting to have the kitchen completed. We are currently, trying to get in contact with St. Martin directly since we are tired of being lied too. We are hoping to get the kitchen done before Easter but who,s knows. They're out of business, leaving us with an incomplete kitchen job that cost over $60,000. Measurements were incorrect and half the kitchen had to be re ordered. Cabinets don't open and close properly, drawers that were inferior made by "Premier Cabinets" were never replaced and the owners (husband and wife) were out in out liars. If they pop up again, steer clear. The worst construction job done on our home of 25 years to date and we were without a working kitchen for 10 months while they re ordered the first set of cabinets. Four years ago, I decided to renovate my 34-year old kitchen. My super told me there was a place on Route 46 West (Lodi) that had kitchen cabinets . Wholesale Kitchen Center is not a large store, but they have some great, quality selections. I didn't have an appointment, but was fortunate that Mike Delcalzo was available. We went over the details after I selected St. Martin's Cherry Golden cabinets. While there, I found the granite for my counters. I asked Mike if he could recommend a floor vendor...I was looking to install wood floors instead of carpeting. The recommendations not only for his products, but also for the granite, installation of the cabinets and floor vendor were professional and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't believe this venture was so smooth on my first outing. I was very pleased with Mike's expertise and recommendations. Once my kitchen was complete, The first thing that friends and visitors, who entered my home, saw was my kitchen - they expressed how beautiful the kitchen cabinets were. Not the end of my story...A few months ago, I had water damage from the apartment above. Four of the kitchen cabinets had to be replaced. I was relieved that the same brand cabinets and granite were available. Mike and his partner, David Small, expedited my order and had stopped by to check out my situation. We ordered our kitchen from Wholesale Kitchen Center in Lodi. We ordered a Saint Martin kitchen. Paid for it in mid July 2017. Wholesale Kitchen Center only placed the order with the factory 5 weeks later. The kitchen was supposed to arrive at end of September but was only delivered 4 weeks later at end of October. However the kitchen was delivered with many problems and issues and almost 3 weeks after we are not able to install the wall cabinets as there are issues with the order. They are not able to tell us when the issues will be resolved. Customer service is extremely poor and there is almost no communication and clarity from the company. We don't see any effort from Wholesale Kitchen Factory to get the issues resolved quickly and the same could be said also from Saint Martin, absolutely no effort to speed up the delivery of the kitchen or the resolution of issues. read more
