I paid for the vehicle in full, including taxes and title transfer fees, and was given temporary tags that are now long expired. Despite multiple attempts to contact the dealership including phone calls & multiple texts I've received no response, no explanation, and no resolution. I can't legally register or drive the car I paid for, and they've not only blocked me from communication but they have shown no concern about fixing the issue. This is not just bad business it's illegal and completely unacceptable. I've filed official complaints with the BBB, Texas DMV, and next will be the Texas Attorney General. I will continue taking legal steps if necessary. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with this dealership to think twice. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the trouble.

Shortly after completing the purchase, I received a call from the salesman admitting that the title was actually rebuilt due to hail damage. This was never disclosed before payment. Within days, my mechanic confirmed the AC issue was not a simple recharge--it required a new compressor. Now, just over three months later, the engine has completely failed. This dealership misrepresented the vehicle's condition and title status, and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the honesty and quality of their business practices. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report my experience and the misleading statements made during this transaction. The night we were driving the car home (right after purchasing) the drivetrain error came on along with the check engine light. I immediately text Tyler, our salesperson. It was a Thursday and he told us to bring it on the following Monday. Of course once you drive off of the lot they treat you like they could care less. They had the car the whole day and when we called before closing to see what the deal was, they just said the light wasn't on. Driving home, the light and error came back on. We've spent thousands of dollars just trying to get estimates and attempts to at least get it drivable. My son is heartbroken as we all are. He can't even take the college courses he needs to because his new car isn't safe. The consensus is that the BMW needs a full engine replacement which is way more than what we owe on it. It has been driven less than 2000 miles over six months....mostly from taking it to repair shops. The car has been sitting in the front of our house collecting dust for months while we still owe 12k plus insurance. In the grand scheme of things, this is minor, but we were also promised a replacement interior door panel which never arrived. It's a shame that a business like this is able to continue taking advantage of people. We were told by Tyler that the car was in great condition. I do believe they violated the DTPA. They either knew the issues or just bought it straight from eBay or somewhere and never inspected the vehicle. I have text messages with proof the lights were on on the date of purchase. Once it was deemed a total, a representative from here repeatedly called (at least three times), texted (twice), and emailed (at least twice), trying to sell me a vehicle. This is absolutely predatory. I understand reaching out once per mode, but leave it at that. At best this is opportunistic, and at worst it is taking advantage of people who are under emotional and financial stress. I'm sure Enterprise has some kind of deal with my insurance, but please stop this predatory sales tactic. If someone does not respond, just leave them alone.
