When first reaching out to client advisor, Jacob "Jake" Huon, with BMW of the Woodlands, I knew…read morethis was going to be a great buying process. I found a nice, clean, low mileage, metallic in color, used vehicle on one of their partners lots. Hoping the vehicle could be transported to the Woodlands location, I asked Jake, for this request. Without hestitation, and reassurance Jacob made my hope a reality. This was my first experience purchasing a car through my local BMW of The Woodlands Dealership. However, it will not be my last. The warmth, professionalism, care, and overall experience that I received at this dealership excels all the other car dealerships in Montgomery County, Texas. I have never felt so relaxed, zero high pressure tactics, and stress free, in the car buying process then at this BMW Dealership located, in The Woodlands, Texas. When I first walked though the door, the welcome group of smiling faces, professional appearance, and the smoothing atmosphere was overwhelming to me. The car purchase business conducted was, without a doubt, perfect from start to finish. My professional agent/client advisor, Jacob, "JAKE" Huon, presented me with all my options, smooth paper interactions, walked me through the buying process, showed me the vehicle then offered me a test ride. I was then introduced to, whom I believe, is The Best Financial CFS Manager, Daimarys "DAI" Millian, in the area, and the rest is history. If you are looking to purchase a reliable, clean, well manintained and classic vehicle, new or used, I recommend you stop by this welcoming, friendly, dealearship lot, "BMW of the Woodlands." The transparency, trusting agents, pricing, no high pressue sales tactics, gives this dealership 5 Stars***** The combined efforts of the team made the process of my financing efficient, fast, and transparent. In my observation it appears this dealership takes great pride, and strives in making sure their future customers are treated as one of "The BMW Family," ensuring that when I am ready for my next vehicle, I will come back to, "BMW of the Woodlands." My car buying experience did not stop at the sell, it continues with the team, when I have a question or need service. This is a great dealership, to take part in the BMW car buying family. I engage you to "LOOK" this dealership up, on I-45, The Woodlands, Texas near St. Luke Hospital, tell them "Emily" sent you there, you will not be disappointed, and you can expect, "Meticulous," car buying experience. I purchased a certified pre-owned BMW X3 from AutoNation BMW The Woodlands in July. My purchase paperwork listed approximately 4,500 miles. About two weeks later, during a visit to Discount Tire, I learned the vehicle appeared to have closer to ~10,400 miles at the time of sale. That is an odometer discrepancy of roughly 6,000 miles, and I wanted an explanation. I raised the mileage issue with the dealership when the car was brought in after warning lights came on and it had to be towed. I asked for the vehicle's service and mileage records, an explanation of the paperwork, and help with the warning lights and battery issue. Two weeks passed without a clear answer to either concern. I was eventually told that the purchase price already reflected the higher mileage. The pricing comparisons I was sent were from September, although I bought the car in July. That still did not explain why the paperwork I signed listed approximately 4,500 miles as does my title. I was also told the car had been a loaner and that I was its first driver, so I asked for records that would clarify its history. I have not received a satisfactory explanation and finally received some quite bare service records, which I brought to the financial managers attention. Instead of getting to the bottom of it. I have been swept under the rug. The dealership offered a tank of gas, a detail, and BMW merchandise. My calls and requests for a return call have been frustrating, and I left a message for the general manager, Steven Lutz, without receiving a response. One sales representative told me it would not matter how many people I called because I would not get hold of anyone. I found that especially discouraging and alarming when I was trying to resolve a specific odometer discrepancy in my purchase documents. The advice I received about the battery issue was to use a battery charger myself (connect a trickle to my battery myself) or run the car for 30 minutes every two weeks. Having a recently purchased certified pre-owned car towed (w/in 2 months of purchase) was concerning; being unable to get clear answers afterward has made the experience worse. I expected accurate paperwork and a prompt, professional explanation. I'm disappointed in how my concerns have been handled. I encourage other buyers to compare the odometer reading, purchase paperwork, and available BMW vehicle records before signing.
