This place took our money and issued paper plates but never sent in our documentation.

The Vehicle was shipped to New Mexico, drove it for one hour after receiving it, the car started overheating, and left me stranded on the highway at night. Had to get it towed to a local Nissan dealership in ABQ, NM. The engine needs to be replaced and was sent back to Houston. I was offered two options, one fix it for free, and purchase extended warranty if I can or want. Two, cancel the loan and lose my $2,400 DP to make up some of the loses the dealership took. Literally what the salesman said to me! They also messaged me trying to blame me saying this could have been avoided by pulling over and cooling the motor. Which I did and never drove it again. After going back and forth wasting my time with them while at work and in the middle of school classes, I canceled the loan, took a $2,400 DP, $990.00 delivery fee, and $200 diagnostic fee, and towing expense loss because no one in their right mind would keep a car that needs a new engine. Awful way to do business!

Shortly after completing the purchase, I received a call from the salesman admitting that the title was actually rebuilt due to hail damage. This was never disclosed before payment. Within days, my mechanic confirmed the AC issue was not a simple recharge--it required a new compressor. Now, just over three months later, the engine has completely failed. This dealership misrepresented the vehicle's condition and title status, and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the honesty and quality of their business practices. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report my experience and the misleading statements made during this transaction. Buyers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with this business.

I paid for the vehicle in full, including taxes and title transfer fees, and was given temporary tags that are now long expired. Despite multiple attempts to contact the dealership including phone calls & multiple texts I've received no response, no explanation, and no resolution. I can't legally register or drive the car I paid for, and they've not only blocked me from communication but they have shown no concern about fixing the issue. This is not just bad business it's illegal and completely unacceptable. I've filed official complaints with the BBB, Texas DMV, and next will be the Texas Attorney General. I will continue taking legal steps if necessary. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with this dealership to think twice. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the trouble.

Even during the auction, it's a rush and feels pressured, nothing reputable. They like to leave no time to think, no time to look or review. The response from car gurus was nothing like what happened in person, I should've walked away then.
