My brother's jacket was way too long, and my cousin's jacket was way too tight. When you're in this profession, you should know how to measure correctly. There was also nothing available for the boys to try on, including dress shoes. Shoes can run very differently from regular sneakers, and it would have been helpful to try them on beforehand. My brother's shoes ended up being too big, but since it was so close to the event, we had no choice but to take them as they were. Customer service was also very disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility, she made it seem like everything was our fault. It felt like she cared more about the money than making sure her customers were happy and properly taken care of. Overall, this was a very stressful experience during what should have been a special time. I would strongly suggest avoiding this place and looking elsewhere if you want professionalism and reliability.
