My brick au thon is a simple tuna salad with an egg yolk hiding in the middle as it is wrapped in Phyllo dough. The egg yolk smothers the brick as l pierced the Phyllo dough with my fork. It was a perfect lunch! Ron's chicken salad had freshly roasted chicken, very moist and juicy. The butter lettuce was so delicate and tender, the walnuts were fresh nuts that tasted delicious.
