Express Eyeglass Repair. Didn't see that coming, did you? Doesn't matter what brand you wear, what style, what year you bought them. The owners at EER treat every pair like it matters. They fix it right, fix it fast, and charge less than you'd expect. No shortcuts. No excuses. They stand behind their work. All of it. And they keep a jar of little Hershey bars on the counter -- free, no catch. A piece of chocolate never hurt anyone's day. Parking's easy. Curbside, no hunting for a spot. Think your glasses are done for? Think you're about to drop real money on new frames? Don't. Walk into EER first. There's a scene in Toy Story 2 -- right when Jessie shows up -- where Woody gets pieced back together and comes out better than before. That's what it feels like walking out of EER with my glasses. I've had the same frames for four years. No itch to replace them. None. EER keeps them running like new -- they care more about these frames than they care about me, and that's saying something. Quality. Affordable. Fast. Run like In-N-Out runs a burger -- simple, no wasted motion, and it just works.

To my surprise, Sam, the owner, told me it would be cheaper to get them on Amazon. I couldn't believe his honesty. I had recently gone to Warby Parker, which is quite popular these days, but the eye exam was too expensive, and it would take two weeks just to get my glasses. Frustrated, I started looking for other options and decided to come here based on the great reviews. The prices were reasonable, the service was friendly especially Johnny and Ryan. They used to get the glasses done in a few days and we would pick it up before we leave LA. Now, it takes maybe a week for them to complete. Therefore, we got the completed glasses shipped to our house. I'm okay with waiting if it comes out correctly. My mom got two lenses put into two different frames. She kept complaining that they made her dizzy and couldn't wear them. We recently went to Korea and got the lenses replaced. We found out the prescription was not only incorrect ,but the focal point for her eyes were at the upper part of the frame (not where her eyes are). The new lenses from Korea are great! I also went there recently (before our trip to Korea) for new lenses and ended up just walking out. Service has gone down, craftsmanship has gone down and prices went up. I don't recommend anyone get their glasses done here and waste your money.
