I had one mirror hiccup that something got put on the truck that wasn't going with me, but that was my fault for not giving better instructions. They offer to put together my new couch, but I had that covered. I need them to move the heavy stuff. They did another outstanding job, and I will recommend them to anyone. Side Note: Photograph all your things before and after. If something gets broken, you need proof. They do offer free insurance, but they need documentation.

Many of his staff stayed when he bought the business; each one a delight and each has their own "specialties" when it comes to handling your items. We decided to have an Estate Sale; I was amazed how they displayed everything! Sorry to say it rained the weekend of our sale; we live on the dead end of our street and folks had to park in our field. We were amazed how early some folks showed up; 6am! Signs were still up on the street they also did not mention what time they closed. I was very disappointed with the trip that we took for absolutely nothing and we got back to the car and checked the craigslist ad and it had no mention of it being over at 1:00 . I really think that if you were going to use them you should really think about it because it didn't appear like it was something that I would want to have anything to do with anyway that's my POV.
