Sorry to say it rained the weekend of our sale; we live on the dead end of our street and folks had to park in our field. We were amazed how early some folks showed up; 6am! We saw their ad on craigslist and decided there was enough interesting things for us to drive 35 mi to check it out unfortunately when we got there it was after 1:00 and they said well it's we're only open to 1: 00. Signs were still up on the street they also did not mention what time they closed. I was very disappointed with the trip that we took for absolutely nothing and we got back to the car and checked the craigslist ad and it had no mention of it being over at 1:00 . I really think that if you were going to use them you should really think about it because it didn't appear like it was something that I would want to have anything to do with anyway that's my POV. read more

Bought table lamp at Corvallis estate sale on 11/16, person at the checkout table was very rude.

drove a long distance to an estate sale they advertised on Craigslist. Ad said sale started at 9am. ad did not say what time sale ended. arrived at 1:30, signs were still up in the street, walked in the open front door and was met by a woman yelling at me to "GET OUT we're closed!!!". Waving her hands at me "GO NOW". I was shocked at the level of rudeness. especially since this is the queen bees fault for not listing the closing time in their advertisement. read more

I am appalled that this lady is still in business. Do your own due-diligence and read through the reviews. The claims she makes on her website are lies. She claims they only charge a "flat fee", attached to the photos you will see that that is a complete and utter lie. If you want to deal with a bully and a liar, look no further! My mother who doesn't speak English very well has been in the process of selling her and my father's home. Upon my father's death, my mother worked diligently to organize and prepare all of the household items to sell. Only after being referred by her realtor to this woman was an estate state even considered. Kristin was supposed to come out to the house and explain the process and did not. Upon my mom asking to come pick up her stuff, Kristin said that the stuff was already ready to sell and she needed the contract signed (because Kristin came and picked up my mom's items before she had a signed contract - assumptive sale much?). To further add salt to the wound, she said our items only sold for $296? In the email that's attached to the photos, you will see that Kristin estimated $1,500.00 for labor only - which was not shared with us PRIOR TO HER TAKING OUR THINGS. Had we known we would have to pay out of pocket, would have sold everything on our own. Take a look at the photos and see if you think it's only worth $296 and make your own opinion but if there's one thing you take from this review - DO NOT TRUST THIS LADY OR LET HER BULLY YOU WITH PRESSURE TACTICS INTO SIGNING A CONTRACT. These other reviews claiming she's a scam aren't lying. Kristin will make you feel like the idiot for her making a mistake, there is ZERO compassion what-so-ever (we just lost my dad). And now we apparently owe her $700 Taken directly from her website where she makes all of these great claims(I've attached a copy of her actual fee structure so you can make your own opinion): "Flexible Fee Structure to Accommodate You Plus, we keep fees simple by charging a flat rate. We don't charge a percentage of your sales and we never own your items. If you change your mind about letting something go in the sale, take it back! We will even pack up the items you want and make sure they are mailed professionally to you. You know exactly what your fee is for us to organize and conduct the estate sale. We were downsizing and wanted to get our house on the market as quickly as possible but health issues and work made for a difficult situation. Kristin is an absolute delight to work with. She has great compassion for her customers and their unique situations and I personally came to her for help in an extremely difficult time in my life. I was utterly disorganized and going through major life changes and she helped me navigate it all. I recently needed to empty the home my parents had lived in for 63 years. To say we were facing a huge challenge would be an understatement. The B's did a great job of assessing the home's contents, and efficiently pricing and preparing for the estate sale. I was particularly impressed with the way they "staged" (grouped) the various contents. In the end, unsold contents were donated or placed in the trash as we had requested. Donated items were priced and photographed for tax records. Now empty, the house was cleaned according to our agreement. We received the net proceeds from the sale within a week or two. There is a great deal of emotion that goes with emptying and selling a family home of so many years. Queen B Organizing really made a challenging task survivable. OMG! I can't say enough great things about this company, the owner and the two worker bees she sent out to help me. I was given her name and phone number as a company I could trust. I HAD NO IDEA THEY WERE COMING FROM CORVALLIS TO CRESWELL!!! I have many disabilities and I really needed help. The two ladies were so helpful and so pleasant and knew what they were doing. But most of all, they were so kind and careful in the handling of the items I've inherited from my sister, Mom and Dad. Kristin and her team at Queen B Organizing are all great. I've witnessed them at work several times. They do everything from sort paperwork to packing and unpacking complete moves. There is no job too big or too small. Need a piano or a car moved? Can't walk into your walk-in closet? Need someone to keep you on task while you downsize a library of 1,000 books? We hired Queen B Organizing to come in and assess the best options when emptying out our mother's home of 60 years after she had moved to Assisted Living. After contacting Kristen, she promptly set up an appt. with us and came in to look things over. She was friendly, charming, professional and detailed going through the house and its contents. She was knowledgeable in what items had value and whether or not things would sell. She talked with us in depth about what to expect if we had a sale, how things would be done, and went away from that meeting with a promise of her best suggestions within a few days. She did not disappoint. She contacted us in the time she promised and suggested we do an estate sale. We left all the organizing to her and her crew. The date was set and she and her crew went to work! They organized everything, put any personal items aside in a separate location, and was a great communicator with us as to how things were progressing. It was agreed that anything that didn't sell would be given to the charities of our choice (with some wonderful suggestions). She had a full crew on board the day of the sale and there was no need for us (the family) to even be there. Everything went off without a hitch, the turnout for the sale was great, we were pleased with the profits and by the end of the day, the house was empty. It was like an absolute miracle!
