    Absolutely the worst movers I've ever hired. We used this move our stuff out of a U-Haul into a storage compartment and we hired two movers. At first, we thought the move wasn't the best because they were new and they didn't really know what they were doing. It took a lot longer than expected and everything was really badly organized. We rented a big enough storage space but all of our stuff in the U-Haul didn't end up fitting into the storage space in so we had to rent a second one costing us about $400 over the course of five months. Thats wasn't a huge deal for me, 3/5 stars. I gave them three stars on the U-Haul website where I found the service. However, now we have unboxed all of our stuff out of the storage compartment and found that they put a bottle of bleach on top of our $3000 solid hardwood, expensive leather couch and completely ruined it. I don't expect a call back, but I will never use this business again and never advise people to utilize it. I really hope they make it right. Go anywhere else. You really should not have to supervise somebody doing a job when you're already going through a move. ------- In response to the unprofessional reply below, the reason I did not reply to the initial phone call was because it was a request to take my 3/5 star review down from the uhaul website for a refund because it wasn't five stars. That didn't feel honest to me. Second, the bleach was not boxed and I told him that on the phone. It was a Costco bottle of Clorox and would not fit into a paper box without breaking it, and if it was in a plastic Tupperware it wouldn't have leaked onto the couch. Third, the owner did not see my uhaul (it was only a one bedroom apartment put into 16 foot truck, but again that wasn't a huge deal to me so I let it go. It was the damage to my belongings that have obviously been in storage due to low quality work that is upsetting. This was something that could have been simply avoided and now I will have to pay 1000$+ for a repair. Forth the movers that came to my move said it was their first day and during my call with the owner he stated they have since been fired. Either way, I learned to micromanage every move that I have and get insurance on all of my belongings.

    Excellent communication leading up to and on the day of unloading. Arrived early with their own hand truck for heavy boxes and and shoulder straps to carry furniture. Followed my load into storage instructions, kept labeled boxes facing out, packed and stacked everything efficiently. Highly recommended. Would use them again.

    Damage to my fridge

    The owner was very rude and unsympathetic to the damage done to my refrigerator. After getting Jason on the phone, he proceeded to interrupt so much that I had to elevate my voice to be heard. Then he yelled and hung up before I could finish my statement. In one of Jason's texts, he accused me of, "trying to get some money back before the holidays like I (jason) don't have a family too." As if somehow damage done to my appliances should be ignored and tolerated. (See photos) After requesting he stop contacting me, he told me that I should block his number as if I am responsible to stop him from harassing me. (See photos) The movers were nice, but the overall experience was not one I ever want to relive. I will never use this company again and recommend that until Jason is no longer in charge, you don't either. To make sense of the owner's response, initially, I felt and argued that the $200 fee to simply lift a tool from laying down felt unfair when I was only estimating the weight to be around 500lbs. I made a statement that in hindsight was questionable so I immediately removed it from this page. I later realized the tool weighed less than 400lbs after getting precise weight from the manufacturer but it was still over 350lbs. I get it. It was pointed out by a friend that this fee goes towards potential damages and I could see it as almost an insurance savings account to help avoid insurance claims. In earlier talks with Jason, I said I would be fine with the $200 going towards the refrigerator yet that is apparently asking too much. As for the claims that I hurled insults, cuss words, or anything like that at this man or his employees, all I can do is ask, "what proof do you have Jason?" Jason is simply trying to attack my character in an effort to get people to dismiss this review.

    Owner called me a terrorist... So, yeah I'll call this a poor experience. The actual movers who came to our home were very courteous. One was very experienced - the other was new: I am assuming our issue was as result of the newer employee. (I've redacted the name of the one employee - he really was professional and even though I hope you don't choose this company..if you do it shouldn't be held against him). I reached out to the company after we received our trailer and were really surprised to find that they had stacked heavy furniture, boxes and totes on lighter weight items causing them to completely shatter. It seems obvious that you wouldn't pack a trailer this way, but this is what we received. I called and explained the situation to Nick who answers the phone and told me to email Jason. I emailed Jason and received a very aggressive reply that I was absolutely shocked by. I simply cannot believe this is the reply - when truly a simple. We're sorry, but we won't do that. Would have sufficed. I called Nick back to say I got this really aggressive email from a different name and wondering if maybe this employee was disgruntled or unstable to reply this way. He seemed confused when I told him and said no that was Jason's reply. I asked if he was sure because the reply was so aggressive and I referenced him calling me a terrorist. He laughed and said, "nope that's Jason." I told him I was in shock and really sad for them, then hung up. A simple no was all that was required. This was absolutely not a proportionate response to my email. I understand about the waiver and all that, but the damage wasn't a result of transport, it was result of a bad packing job. It was about 8-10 totes - which is an expense to replace - but more than anything I reached out so they would be aware that this particular job did not match the quality of the Google reviews. Would it have been a nice business gesture for them to try and make this right, yes. Did they have to, no. This response was upsetting and uncalled for and I would encourage you to think twice before giving your money to anyone who would treat someone this way. PS: please note the Google automatic responses to Jason's reply email. Gotta hand it to google, their auto response algorithm is pretty amazing ----- See below my response to the owner's reply comments. To anyone reading this please know that the interaction described in my review is the only interaction that occurred and it took place exactly as described. Either Jason is confusing me with another customer interaction or is choosing to lie. I have never and would never curse at anyone. If this experience did happen to him, I'm sorry for him because no one deserves to be harassed, but it was not with me. If Jason is consciously choosing to lie - all I can say is: Jason, I hope you get the help you need and in the future, I hope you make different choices. I'll be praying for you.

    If you follow the reviews, if you give them five stars they don't argue. But if you have a comment they do. They are good movers, just not good at taking apart beds and putting them back together, which was why I hired them. In their paperwork it says they have basic tools and YOU need to provide any tool other than basic. By the way, basic does not include socket wrench. I'm sure we all read the contract word for word. Their mover was training the other during the move, and told me that it would take too long to take the beds apart and put them back together. Oh, and here is how they left the bunk bed I will need to put together today. Like I said, good at moving things, not good at taking apart beds and putting them back together. I was able to put one bed back together. Today I guess I will put the other back together. Be warned.

    I booked a paid for a 5 hour unload service through Uhaul.com after reading so many positive reviews. I am still shocked that these reviews exist given the my experience with Jason and Jason's Relocations. They called me 24 hours before to confirm a start time of 9:30am. I also requested that the crew bring tools so they could assemble a few beds. I was assured that this wouldn't be a problem. The morning of our unload, Nick called at 8:45am to let me know that both movers scheduled for my job didn't come into work that day so they had to send another crew but they wouldn't arrive until noon. Definitely bummed as we were just sitting at an empty house waiting for them to show but we understood the situation. I texted Nick at 11:42am to find out the ETA of the movers. He responded that the crew was finishing up at any moment and would be heading my way. Noon came and went and no movers. Reached out to Nick again at 12:50pm who said "headed your way, should see them shortly." Still No movers at 2pm. I contacted Nick again who was reluctant to contact the guys again even though I had been told for two hours that they were on their way. They finally showed up at a few mins later and got right to work. Again this is after we had been sitting in a completely empty house for 5 hours just waiting for them to show up. The guys worked hard and started moving things in right away. When time came to start putting furniture together, they let us know that they didn't have tools with them and didn't know they needed them. I reached out to Nick yet again and he was very apologetic and said that he would "reach out to the owner to see what they could do for us since it had been one thing after another today." Nick let me know that the owner was willing to offer a discount if it avoided a bad review. Since I had paid through Uhaul, I knew that Jason and Jason's didn't have my payment information so I was curious HOW I would receive this discount and also how much it would be. I didn't want to agree to his offer and find out later that they would be giving me some credit for future use or a Starbucks giftcard. I simply asked Nick the following question: "How would we receive the discount if we paid through Uhaul?" He replied that they could send us money back via payment apps. Ok that's great! Next question: "What would the discount be?" While I waited for his response, I had called Uhaul to get some advice on how to handle the situation. At this point the company had showed up 5 hours late, they didn't have the tools needed and I wanted some direction on how to proceed and if I should accept the discount. I was directed by THREE different Uhaul representatives to NOT give them the payment code. That they didn't hold up their end of the deal and Uhaul advised me to absolutely not release that payment code. I informed Nick that Uhaul advised me not to give them the payment code based on the lack of service and I needed all of the information about this discount before making a decision. Within 30 seconds, the movers received a phone call and started to pack up their things. They said that their boss had told them to leave because I "threatened" not to pay them. That wasn't the case at all. I merely asked what the discount would be, how it would be received and let them know what Uhaul was telling me. Instead of answering my questions and working with me, Nick advised his employees to bail on a job halfway through and left us high and dry after sitting around waiting for them for FIVE hours. We were blown away that they would do such a thing when they were begging to avoid a negative review. I won't get into all the messy details about the phone calls and text messages that occurred after this. Nick and Jason will no doubt attack this review within seconds of me posting it and I won't stoop to their level. I have no problem mentioning that I left them a voicemail while I was shocked and upset and they're holding onto that as ransom. I'm choosing to just provide the facts of what our experience was with this company instead of sharing all of the drama and ugliness. All three Uhaul representatives assured me that I did the right thing by taking their advice and not releasing the payment code. They were equally disgusted by how this all went down. We ended up hiring College Hunks Moving for the next morning and they were absolutely wonderful!! Professional, on time, worked hard, incredibly prepared and helpful. My suggestion is that you start with them and avoid Jason and Jason's all together. You can see from previous reviews that they aren't the five star company that they claim to be with previous customers screaming not to use them. When Jason responds to this review which he absolutely will, you'll see his true colors. UPDATE PER THEIR RESPONSE: Walking out on the job 2.5 hours into it does not equate to canceling it as they're trying to claim.

I am a veteran and a repeat customer, and I trusted this company to handle my belongings with basic care. During this move, their crew improperly loaded my items, including stacking a commercial Maytag stainless steel washer and dryer on top of each other--even though they are not stackable. As a result, both units were dented, scratched, and significantly damaged. These appliances were nearly new (used less than a dozen times) and valued at approximately $1,400 each. The bigger issue is how they handled it afterward. When I contacted the owner (Nate), he became immediately defensive and claimed that we did not provide any moving blankets. This is completely false. * I have photo evidence clearly showing a large number of blankets available * We also had cushions, pillows, and rugs available for protection * There was more than enough space in the truck to load these items safely without stacking them * I have multiple witnesses present during the move who can confirm this Instead of taking responsibility, they chose to deny, deflect, and misrepresent the situation, despite clear evidence. This was not an unavoidable accident--this was negligent loading and improper handling, followed by false statements when confronted. I have made a good-faith effort to resolve this directly, but due to their refusal to take responsibility, I am now prepared to pursue formal action, including filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies and pursuing recovery through small claims court if necessary. If something goes wrong during your move, do not expect accountability.
