I pick up my dog food once a month usually so I have been going there for the past 7months. But today I went in tried picking up my dog food which my sister ordered, but the girl in the front was just completely rude. No, greetings or hi how can I help you and as soon as I walked in she completely looked at me different. Regardless I came in walked up and said I needed to pick up my dog food, she asked can I get a last name. Usually I order my food online myself so knowing my sister bought it this time I used my last name and completely forgot she has gotten married recently and changed her last name. So when I gave her my last name the girl in the front looked at me like I'm crazy but I showed her screenshots with the order number and receipt that shows everything. She completely ignored that and asked for the last name so I just called my sister resolved it and gave her the right last name. After I said the last name she just stares at me for a second gives me a weird look and turned to look at her co worker then she kind of slowly turned around as she's hesitant to give me the dog food. When she did give me the dog food nothing was said no thank you or anything. Kind of sad I've been getting my dog food here for about half a year now and this one incident will have me look for another place to get my dog food from. Maybe try hiring people that will have them come back and not feel uncomfortable JUST TO PICK UP DOG FOOD can't imagine walking around asking for help about food with the kind of enthusiasm that the employee gives off. Their dog washing stations are amazing and reasonable with everything included (shampoo to use, washing tub, towels, brushes, and blow dryer included in one price). As someone with a disability, it's a big deal to be able to wash my girl in a space that will not require hours of clean up for such a resonable rate! Their shop provides me the freedom of still being able to clean my pup but not have to worry about the accidental failure of coordination destroying drywall or flooring in my own home. Nacho doesn't even like baths but she hated her bath here a whole lot less and I think she loves the blow dryer!

She didn't mention the cut. She didn't tell me how the grooming went. Just took my money and that was it. I know accidents happen, but it would have been nice to be informed of the situation by the girl who groomed him. Especially since the cut is not small and runs the risk of getting infected. I've taken him to another Petsmart location for a grooming and his groomer brought him out and let me know how it went. Today I didn't get any of that. It just doesn't sit well with me that she didn't come and talk to me. Transparency and some actual customer service would have been nice. Avoid this place at all costs.

I personally do not like snakes but they allowed me to stand back and took care of the whole show, handling the animals and teaching them lots of fun facts!
