I brought 2 dresses in recently to have the elastic replaced in the sleeves. When I picked the items up, and after paying more than $100 (certainly not true to their "value" name) for 2 simple alterations and a blouse, I realized one of the dresses hadn't been fixed at all. The sleeves were left exactly as I brought them in. The other dress looked like a child had sewn the elastic and basically ruined the dress. And still I paid $107. What's worse is that when I first brought the items back to show them the problem, the owner John wasn't there. So I was instructed to call back in the morning. When I did, rather than apologizing for the confusion--especially since they couldn't even find record of my alteration at all--John proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do and argue whether there was any issue at all. The whole situation is unacceptable. I will absolutely not be going back here and warn anyone from going here. Your clothes will be ruined and you'll be treated like garbage. Buyer beware!

I have watched people in for fittings, in beautiful formalwear. The shop is easy to find- park behind the JC Penney in the covered garage, lower level, and walk in the mall entrance (second door) and they are just across from JC Penney Store near the childrens' play area. Pricing felt a bit steep at about $40 to just shorten the bottom length, but it was fine since I needed them within the next few days. However, one bummer was pickup. When my grandparents picked up, the cleaners could not locate the Pajamas. They gave me a tag number for the order yet didn't have the pajamas, so we had to review every clothing bag based on color of our clothing. The set was finally located, but it took a lot of work to find it and didn't instill a lot of confidence in leaving my valuable items with them again.
