I was there at least 30 to 45mins of trying three new pair of shoes, while running a block to see if it feel right, look right, and function the right way it should be. BEST OF ALL When I was running wearing the new shoes (Progrid Triumph 6, Cost Total of $180. 79) IT FEELS THAT I AM NOT WEARING ANY SHOE AT ALL and THERE WERE NO PAIN in my angle or joints. Plus if I have any problems I could go back for exchange, refund, return with a received of course. PP SIGNING OUT going for a Run!!!

No biggie, because they had a pair at one of their other locations...and they called me a few hours later to let me know they had them in. I went in, tried them on to double check and Laura helped me out. The manager (I forgot to ask her name) was awesome as well!! The customer service is absolutely top-notch! I love the fact that the Sales Associates are NOT on commission, yet they still provide fantastic customer service. As long as I don't wear the boots outside and they stay in the same condition, I can return them within 2 weeks if needed. Combined with great quality footwear and fantastic customer service, this store is awesome and I'm impressed! This was the first time I had made a purchase in Wuerth's but it definitely won't be my last.

YES, they did. This is a family business and one of the few which carries a wide variety of styles, all competitively priced and in a wide size and width range. The time is taken to ensure a proper fit and pleasing style. I was there for at least an hour and a half on an early Sunday afternoon. They have a wall of high quality clearance footwear of at VERY GOOD prices. They had a variety of top quality sandals and purchased a pair which fit me correctly. I had not ever been able to find suitable sandals before this in any other shoe store. My journey from London Ontario was supported by Google maps and worthwhile. Anyone looking for footwear is advised to try this place and you will not be disappointed.

He is a very avid runner and needed new shoes so we took him to Closeout Shoes believing that he would receive the same kind of quality service and customer care that we had come to expect. Unfortunately, he made a purchase that he came to regret when I urged him to wear the shoes around the house for a while. He was experiencing buyer's remorse. I assured him that any "reputable" shoe retailer would take back the shoes with a refund since they were not used outside the house. Apparently, I was wrong with regard to Closeout Shoes. You see they have signs in the store that say "ALL SALES FINAL" that neither of us noticed. When the purchase was made we were not given any VERBAL warning about their unusual store policy. In all my years of dealing with this retailer, I have never noticed these signs before. The owner refused to offer a refund of in spite my family's years of loyal patronage. My takeaway from this is that in her mind, enforcement of store policy is far more important than customer care. caveat emptor!

I actually picked up a pair of Nike air for female fit because it was raved to be light weight and comfortable and it took impact load well. Just all around comfy walking shoes because I'm a regular runner and apparently the heel absorbed impact. I would say the shoes is enough of an up sale but it is light. There is no way shoes can absorb load that well, it's the foam structure and the hallow construct allows it. But true beliebers say it's a shock absorber, so keep on beliebing peeps. The selection is alright it's like any other outlet store. But it also shows you probably dont need to go to premium outlet mall for the deals, there are places with less line up and better parking.

They came in a timely manner but they ended up being too small. When I went to return them, I was advised since I ordered them on line, I would have to get approval to return them on line. Once this approval was sent, I could only return them to certain locations. Unfortunately these locations were over an hour drive to get to. My last option was to pay to ship them to a North York address. Of course this cost me over $30 by using Canada Post to return these boots. I guess it was my fault not to thoroughly investigate their return policy but figured since most stores had a return to a store policy in place. This company would have the same. I was sadly mistaken.
