No biggie, because they had a pair at one of their other locations...and they called me a few hours later to let me know they had them in. I went in, tried them on to double check and Laura helped me out. The manager (I forgot to ask her name) was awesome as well!! The customer service is absolutely top-notch! I love the fact that the Sales Associates are NOT on commission, yet they still provide fantastic customer service. As long as I don't wear the boots outside and they stay in the same condition, I can return them within 2 weeks if needed. Combined with great quality footwear and fantastic customer service, this store is awesome and I'm impressed! This was the first time I had made a purchase in Wuerth's but it definitely won't be my last.

Shoe Fly has very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. I worked with Beth and bought two pairs of shoes. After a couple of days, one of the pairs didn't feel quite right, especially on my right foot. Returning those and exchanging them for another pair was as easy as it could possibly be. They have a good selection of shoes and with the service, provide a very good value. Highly recommend!
