I went in last week to check out a pair of boots that I had my eye on and Julie helped me. I called today to see if they were still there, but they had been sold. No biggie, because they had a pair at one of their other locations...and they called me a few hours later to let me know they had them in. I went in, tried them on to double check and Laura helped me out. The manager (I forgot to ask her name) was awesome as well!! The customer service is absolutely top-notch! I love the fact that the Sales Associates are NOT on commission, yet they still provide fantastic customer service. Combined with great quality footwear and fantastic customer service, this store is awesome and I'm impressed! This was the first time I had made a purchase in Wuerth's but it definitely won't be my last.
