A major issue like this should never happen so soon after buying a car. She continued to take the car back while being late for work due to the issues with the car and they continued to lie to her saying they didn't see a problem! We trusted this dealership to sell a reliable vehicle, but instead we are left dealing with expensive repairs and stress almost immediately. Communication and accountability regarding the issue have also been frustrating because no one will listen without getting very offended. Ieisha speaks with everyone except my niece who is on the contract! Ieshia stated she knows my family personally but would never state how she knows us which is very unprofessional!
