I started to wonder what they were doing with it, maybe they lost it. When they finally said it was ready, there was a large fresh ketchup spill inside. The other car was damaged by them multiple times, they twice tried to return it to us unfinished. It was so bad, they put the door on crooked so it hit the door behind it. Every time we asked them to fix the big scratch they caused or the broken door they put on, we felt like we were begging for extras. They had also driven it a lot, they put way more miles on it than they told us about. Very untrustworthy, we are not happy with the work they did but there's no way we're taking it back to them.

Worst part is I gave them every opportunity to do what was right. Even offered for them to pay me back in payments (as I heard they are struggling due to their inexperience and poor management practices.) I gave them all receipts, was without my vehicle for weeks and even proved they caused damage by two separate mechanics (one being Ford dealer) and they still claimed they aren't responsible. Bad business and worse ethics. I hate to see small business struggle and hate posting bad reviews but people need to know this is not the same place it was. The owner even told me there are other truck places in town and I suggest everyone seek them out. Trucks and Moore and Dealer Options have been around a long time. That's where I am going from now on! I simply can't afford for on the job training on my dime. Go to other truck places.

While there, i wanted an oil change too. I had an 11am appointment scheduled. They kept my car "all day"and after not hearing from the shop at ~3pm, I called the shop for an update? I was then told at 3pm that my car was "next to be pulled in" (I had an 11am appointment), so to hear that my car was next at "3pm" was a little concerning.....fast forward to 5pm/closing time and I get to the shop to settle up. I pay nearly $800 for bulbs to replaced along with the oil change.....jump in my car to leave and low and behold, the right lamp fault is still there on the dash (why i brought the car in the first place). This is when they tell me as they are closing that the fault wont clear because i need new headlight assemblies for the car?? No one called to give me an update along the way and I get the "we just took your car down off the lift along with we are short a technician" today....excuse. I expressed my dissatisfaction...have brought my car in for service on multiple times...time before being a ~$5k job worth of work. Very discouraging to fork over nearly $800 for bulbs and oil change and get a rushed job at closing and excuses. Don't mind paying for quality work but don't insult a customer's intelligence with guesswork and no communication. Also, was given an "updated" receipt of service after the tech went back an added in the comments why the fault light wouldn't clear and the need for new headlight assemblies. This information was not in the original receipt when I paid for service and was headed out before I caught the fault code still illuminated on the dash.
