Ordered a Large Pepperoni Pizza with extra sauce for the kids last night. Come home from work this morning to a Pizza that nobody ate. The kids said it arrived cold and one of the boys said they tried but the pizza was hard and seemed old. THATS exactly what it looks like. The manager at this location named "DANIELLA" is ridiculous and rude. Never offering to help but repeatedly suggesting I could have called last night. I explained ai ordered it for the kids as I was leaving for work. She then suggested the kids should have called last night. What a frickin COP OUT! She refused to do anything about this $32 pizza we ordered that arrived cold and HARD. Refused to give me their corporate number saying she didnt know it. RONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HATD EARNED MONEY!!! They absolutely do not care about you!! This place is a disgusting rip-off. I've been a customer for over 30 years but no more. Got pizza and 2 orders of wings last night (Webster). Paid over $50 and my toes are bigger than the wings we received. Called the store and got an apology from manager and a partial credit. Manager said they had just changed suppliers of wings this week and are returning to old supplier. What a shame, so long Marks! The one on Ridge Rd, in Webster. Just horrible. Went for lunch, and asked the person behind the counter how long the pizza had been in the warmer. He said about 20 minutes, NOT. The slices we got were a warm, hot, mess. So much grease on top it took 5 napkins to get enough off to be able to try it. Crust was soggy. Should have taken a picture. read more

Terrible. I use to eat at marks more often about 10+ years ago. It was only ever "convenience pizza" for us. It has become increasingly worse throughout the years at every location I've ever been at. The pizza is incredibly inconsistent. I feel awful for the younger generations in Monroe county at least around my age group that say "Mark's is the best pizza"; I don't know how to respond to that, but it's pretty sad. Screwed up order. Picked up a pizza (our fault for not checking it before we walked out of the store), opened it up at home and it was minus toppings we had ordered and paid for. When I called the store they told me they would need the entire wrong pizza back and they would make a correct one and bring it to us. However, I had hungry kids at my house who had already started eating. So now they say they will give me a credit for another pizza, but I'm not sure I will ever go back here. Looking for another pizza place in Webster now. I ordered 50 wings online in the early afternoon for our New Years eve party. I requested a 6:30 delivery time. I received an email at 6:50 that the order went out for delivery. When it was 7:15 and still no delivery, I called the store. I was placed on hold for 4 minutes, before they even knew why i was calling. When the person finally came back to the phone, i asked where my order was and was told it left at 6:50. I asked how a 6:30 delivery could be made by leaving at 6:50? i was told oh well we got really busy. i asked if that was really my problem, since i ordered in plenty of time. I asked for the manager and he came to the phone and said the delivery drivers were taking triple orders and they were got very busy. Again he said oh well we cant help it and there is nothing we can do about it. The order finally arrived around 7:30 and all the wings were cold and hard. They were disgusting. I would definitely not recommend this store, since they don't know how to treat their customers. Now i understand why 12 Marks stores are closing, and it wouldn't surprise me if this store was lucky number 13. My next orders will be from Salvatores. read more

Ordered a medium chicken bacon ranch pizza, to have it delivered. Delivery service was great but the pizza...meh! It was mostly bacon, hardly any chicken. Chicken is pretty much the cheapest meat you can buy. Why so skimpy? We were lucky to get 1 possibly 2 nuggets per slice. For over $20 for a medium pizza, I would have expected more. read more

As we sit here wishing we had Pizza and wings for our dinner, we wonder what is going on at Mark's Pizzeria in Webster. We like Mark's food, but tonight it never arrived. When we called the number that we placed the order with, the woman on the other end said she didn't have our order and that I likely called the West Webster store. Not sure how that is possible when I dialed the number I placed the order at. Does the gentleman that took my order at 7:47pm on 2/19/2019 think it is funny that he told us 45 minutes and then never placed the order? We received poor customer service when we placed the order and then poor customer service when we called an hour and 10 minutes later looking for our order. I placed an online order with comments to call me when they delivered so I could help direct them once they reached my place of work. I never received a call and after 2 hours I called the store myself. After talking to the manager he said that the driver tried but I didn't have any record of the call on my cell phone! He then stated that he could offer me 15% off my next order. I prepaid online! I told him I wanted what I paid for and he finally agreed to have my food remade and sent to me (after a bit of back an forth). So after all that trouble I received my pizza and it was still raw. Worst pizza ever from this location! We are less than 8 minutes from this location yet our pizza took over 35 minutes to get here. It was rubbery and dry. The chicken wings were soggy and sitting in grease. Nothing was hot. I had called to find out what the problem was as an email had arrived informing us that the order was out for delivery. Was told the delivery person was lost??? He came racing down the road from the opposite direction he was reportedly lost. Delivery charge was $4.00 for this lousy service.
