I'm ever so pleased to recommend this pizza shop. I get a medium with ricotta and shrooms, and it's perfect every time. Not too sloppy. Not too greasy. It's a beautiful pie popping with all the right flavor notes. Brilliant crusts. I used to live in NYC and Chicago, so I know things about pizza. Mark's in Newfane is wonderful, delicious, and I have always had a great meal. NY state pizza truly is the greatest, and Mark's is the best in my area. Or any WNY area! I've never eaten inside, only receiving deliveries. That seems to be their forte. Side note, I saw a broke man and his daughter at Mark's, and the manager (or owner) took care of them. I offered to pay, but he said he took care of it. I'll never forget how happy that little girl was, to eat real pizza. His generous disposition and investment in the community was impressive. Very disgusted with the management and how they treat employees. It is clear to me that they not only do not care about the employees safety but also the general public's health buy not allowing their employees to call into work when they have COVID symptoms. Simply disgusting. Heard that they degrade their employees and treat them horribly. One time my pizza was messed up and my mother called to complain and the manager told her to suck it up and never come back. How sad :(. Will NEVER order from this nasty place again. read more

We order from here just about weekly. It's good. The wings are large and crispy, the pizza is repeatable...after at least 4-5 years of ordering, truly it's the same over and over which is what you want. We always order online, and pay online, have it delivered in Wilson. They have great online coupons. We've absolutely from time to time had a bit longer wait, or a minor mess up. But they always make up for it in some manner and/or apologize for the error. My only wish...reduce the delivery fee. I have no problem with the prices, none. I tip, every time. But, the $6 delivery fee when I'm already paying $70 for my food...kinda burns me. BUT...I'll keep coming back. We have other choices locally...this is better. read more

Manager is extremely rude and screamed at my underage sister that was working there because she attempted to call into work while experiencing a headache,sore throat, and fever (all symptoms of COVID-19) bear in mind. Was told to "stop acting like a child" and that she could not call into work. How disgusting :( definitely wouldn't go in there especially since employees are often not wearing masks/ not wearing them properly! We ordered a pizza from here once and when the guy delivered it, which took forever, he told us we didn't owe anything, because we already paid for it. My husband told him that we definitely did not pay for it, we only had cash and he tried to pay, multiple times. The driver refused. Once we were about done eating it, my husband gets a phone call from the manager telling him he needed to come in and square up his bill for the pizza we didn't pay for. My husband said he was absolutely not going in there to pay for a pizza he tried to pay for in the first place. He told him he tried to pay, the manager was totally rude. At the very least he could have sent the delivery driver back to collect the money but apparently that was beyond him to think of that. Plus it probably wasn't even worth the cost in gas for him to do that if he has. A pizza isn't that expensive. Food is decent, but customer service is poor. The manager called us multiple times to come in and pay by the way, wanting us to drive to a place we never even go past let alone to, to pay for something that they should have taken the money on. The food is decent. It's typical greasy take out. The pasta is bland. Their garlic red sauce for pizza is good though. You can order online and that's mostly why we continue to order from there; Laziness and I like that they tell you when they're out for delivery. read more

Whole pizzas are overpriced and not as good as individual slices, which are $3 and almost as big as a personal pizza. The sweet sauce has grown on me. A tad too greasy but otherwise my favorite slice in Western New York. read more
