I ordered online and picked up in store which was a super easy process. They have a shelf inside for pickup orders. I got a turkey bacon ranch and meatball sub and both were amazing. When I went in to grab the order, they said they were making fresh fries for our order and only took a couple minutes. They LOADED the bags with fries. The burgers were delicious and the fries were super hot. No one goes to Five Guys for the presentation. They go for the tasty food and tons of it. Overall, it's a great spot for a good quality burger and the fries are some of the best you can get from a fast food chain.
