This is a nice new location! Bright and welcoming, it is clean and comfortable with a variety of seating options. It's also nice how there is a sink available right outside the restrooms for easy access. All of the food was quite tasty and came out in a timely fashion with the pleasant and helpful workers. We sampled quite the variety at this visit - yogurt parfait, kids meal with grilled nuggets and fruit cup, waffle fries, mac and cheese, and the chicken noodle soup. Posted up at 5am this morning waiting for the new arrival of chick fil a at our local area! Was very hyped once I saw the sign in the foundation! I recorded the overall progress and now the time is here! The service was impeccable as expected.... They greeted us with little gifts at the door and if you were dressed in cow print you got a free item! I ordered basically the whole breakfast menu lol, we sat and dined I. And the ambiance of the place was full of excitement! They brought our food over to us which didn't take long at all especially with the amount of people that showed up. We went by in the early evening on a Friday. There was not much of a wait inside or out. We chose to eat inside. I ordered the deluxe sandwich which includes cheese, lettuce, and tomato. My wife got the sandwich meal with a drink and fries, which we split. The quality of food was good. I liked having a choice of cheeses, and the fact that they bring your food to the table. I don't think the sandwiches are all that large for the price. We may well stop by again when in the neighborhood. read more

I decided to hop on the Chick-fil- A train and see what all the fuss is about. I will say that despite the place being open for less than a week the line moved pretty fast. I will say the customer service was decent but nothing like you see on TV or those viral Tiktoks. The young lady that took care of me seemed annoyed that I didn't know what I wanted and her description of certain things I asked about was underwhelming. I felt anxious because of the growing ling behind me so I just got a chicken sandwhich meal and nuggets. It's kind of backwards but I understand why they do it. I got a chance to see the menu after I placed my order and paid. Now that I know how it all works, I have a plan for my next visit, lol. Overall the food that we did get was great. The chicken was hot and fresh. I understand why people love the food. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it until I was home but they forgot our fries for both of our meals. I should have gone back but that line and the traffic just wasn't worth it. My husband and I agreed we'll go back in a week or two with the hope that it has settled down and they've ironed out some of the kinks. read more

Welcome to Niagara Falls! Went here at exactly 7:50pm last night, and there's a pretty long line in the drive-thru (so as inside the store) but it moves decent since there's a lot of signs and people who help with the flow of traffic. Tooks us like 25 minutes (8:15pm) to wait in line, order, and got our food which is not bad for the opening day. Very friendly employees. read more

I've been to Chick-Fil-A all up and down the east coast but this one clearly follows none of the protocols that made this chain successful. If you're in a hurry, don't bother. If you want good food for your money, don't count on it. And definitely don't count on your order being filled properly. This location has been open for several months and they don't have their act together any better now than on opening day. Never seen a bad Chick-Fil-A, til now. At least KFC is close by. read more

Worst customer service ever!!!!!! Waited 30 mins for 4 chicken sandwiches and fries. They said they were "waiting" for the sandwiches to cook. When the food finally came everything was cold. The manager said sorry we were waiting for the chicken to be fresh.....Fries were cold the nuggets were strips and not what we ordered. Stopped to grab quick lunch to eat on the way to Sabres game, line was short, went inside to order. Waited about 40min for food, at one point manager came out and told registers to pause orders because they couldn't keep up. Manager ignored customers instead of announcing to everyone what was going on and people kept coming in and getting in line not knowing what was going on. I couldn't leave because I already paid. People were having to reorder their food because they lost track of orders. Then they forgot our dressing and fork for salad, which in our rush we didn't notice until back on road, so my wife couldn't even eat her food. Also no napkins. Made us late to the Sabres game. read more

I went to the brand new Chick-fil-A in our neighborhood this morning. The line was not that long, but when they took my order, I asked for the breakfast combo, and they asked me what drink I wanted. I asked for a hot tea. She said that they do not carry hot tea. I asked why, and she said I don't know that . You will have to talk to corporate about that. I didn't think that was a very good answer but I understood that she didn't have any other way to answer to me. I did get a breakfast sandwich,which was good read more
