On this trip, I came for one specific thing, a monster taco for dinner. It's a huge tortilla (I wanna say 12") loaded up with beef (or chicken), cheese and several toppings of your choice for under $10! I got mine with beef, 1/2 mozzarella 1/2 cheddar, sour cream, salsa, green olives, black olives, banana peppers, jalapenos, mushrooms and hot sauce on the side. It took about 5 minutes from the time I ordered for my food to be ready. They don't have seating , but there are benches along the sidewalk. I opted to sit at the one on the corner and enjoy my monster taco. It did not disappoint! The beef was well seasoned and not greasy at all (see pic of wrapper after taco is gone). There was an ample amount of the toppings that I ordered. It was delicious bite after bite. I only wish the cheese was melted... Maybe put cheese on the tortilla and pop it in the pizza oven quick before putting everything else on. I would definitely go back and order one again and again and again. The staff is always friendly and their bathroom is always clean.

This is absolutely one of the greatest hidden little lunch spots in downtown Buffalo. I work a block over, so I've been here many times and I can honestly say I have never had something bad from here. I tried their fried bologna today, and I can honestly say it was the best I have had in Buffalo. Their subs are great - which is weird, because the ingredients are pretty normal, but somehow they taste better than other places. My very favorite part is their breakfast sandwiches. They're kind of like crack for me. Unlike Timmy Ho's or Dunkin, they make them on bread that they bake fresh in the store every morning and the eggs/sausage/bacon/whatever is usually cooked fresh on the grill as well. I haven't tried one, but the salads get rave reviews at my office too. And, finally, the staff (Nick, Mike, Deb and some very experienced cooks) are super friendly and down-to-earth as well.
