The people who work at this location are always so nice. I have never received anything that wasn't good. I would recommend getting the large or sheet pizza. The Med is kind of small and thin, just not my preference. Type salads are really good too. read more

It's a shame this place doesn't have better reviews. My husband and I both work from home. We were having a rough day today and remembered that the menu we got in the mail for this place, had an option for breakfast pizza. So, We thought we deserved to treat ourselves. We've been using a different local pizzeria since we moved here in June, and just never really strayed from it until today. We ordered a breakfast pizza and it was sooooo flipping delicious! The crust was perfect WNY style crust! Everything tasted fresh and was still warm despite the snow. The cheesy like sauce on the pizza was a pleasant surprise. My husband said "this is probably the best breakfast pizza I've ever had" and I have to agree with him. We are definitely looking forward to trying some other things off the menu in the near future. Worst place to get pizza! Crust is like shoe leather, barely able to eat it. Buffalo chicken pizza had no sauce, no blue cheese. Definitely NOT a buffalo chicken pizza. Stay clear of this place! Karl Mark's owns this, and it sells Communist Pizza. Every slice is the exact same size and costs the same amount. Okay not really. I've tried probably every pizzeria in Albion and Medina, and Mark's gets filed under the "decent" category. They're probably comparable to four-star slices that I've waxed not-so-lyrical about, but since they're a chain that seems to have seven hundred WNY locations, I'm only giving them an average three. Still, it's not bad. I prefer some of the other slices in the region, but there are no amazing ones in Albion or Medina, so Mark's is probably nearly as good as any. However if you're out in Rochester or Buffalo, try Imperial, Bella, Mattina's, Franco's (Eggert), Yogi's (Akron), Big Pauly's (Batavia), Pizza Stop or Joe's Brooklyn. And if you're not near any of those, Mark's is decent and it's sort-of-local, even though it's a chain. read more

Good pizza, just down the street from my in-laws (but then again, everything in Albion is). Mark's is a local chain, and I always prefer local to national chains. The staff here was friendly and efficient. We walked in to order with coupon, and our pizza was ready in 20 minutes. The smells were amazing, but that's probably because it was a cool and gray day, and the warmth of the ovens definitely added to the experience. The pizza itself was a relatively thick crust with a subtle sourdough flavor. I didn't pay too much attention to the sauce. We got a pepperoni and spinach, which was pretty greasy, probably on account of the pepperoni, but also looked like due to the cheese. The spinach was fresh and tasty. Two days later, we had reheated leftovers of the cheese pizza, and it was still pretty tasty. Seeing as how the cheese was as greasy as the pepperoni, it probably was the cheese itself. read more

I was driving and had a baby in the backseat choking so I had to pull over. I put my blinker on and proceeded to pull over. There was a Mark's delivery driver (in a new Camero) that whipped around me and called me a "bitch" as he drove past. Stupid move with a sign on the car! Poor business! read more

I had soggy wings...reordered them soggy and raw again. I spoke to the manager and he basic argued with me!! Customer service. HORRIBLE. CHICKEN? Terriiible do not reccomeNd and the attitudes are nasty. While visiting family in NY, we always have tons of pizza. This is a pizza shop close to where they live. The pizza is pretty delicious. While it is not the best pizza I have ever had, it is way better then a national chain like Pizza Hut or Dominos. The best deal is the huge sheet pizza. We got one and were feeding 5 people and still had more than half of the pizza left. The wings are pretty good but I wish they were a little crispier. We had a pepperoni and beef pizza which was very yummy. So if you need to feed a lot of people some tasty food, order from Mark's!!! read more

OK pizza however... terrible management. We had an order delivered that was completely wrong and took an hour (granted not the easiest address). When we called to ask for them to rectify the order the manager told us "what to you do want me to do, it's Friday and busy". We order a lot of pizza during the summer. From now on we are ordering from Avantis accords the street. Btw, the delivery guys was very apologetic and understanding. Not his fault. read more

I ordered a pizza last night with mushroom, onions , peppers ,light cheese,extra sause. I was very disapointed !!!!! It had light sause , the pizza almost look like it had no sause , too much cheese , and this is after I made it clear to the person on the phone about light cheese and extra sause , the toppings that we paid over $2.00 per topping was a joke , you can count them on one hand , not even one pepper and one muhroom ,or onion on one slice together . it was not worth the price . When asked to speak to a manager , we were told that one would be in the next day and this is how they do there pizza . It looks like the manager is trying to cut cost on product , but not the price !! I will never get another pizza from there again untill they replace who is ever in charge and start making pizzas like they used to . We are in a farmers town and toppings are cheep here , but the way they are charging you think the toppings are from over seas !!! I urge anyone that buys a pizza from Marks to look at it before you pay for it , if its not right , tell them to keep it and walk out .
