We just moved into a new house and needed several old locks changed out and new deadbolts added. I called Mark late in the afternoon and he was over the same day to see what was needed and give me an estimate. The next day, Mark changed out or added four door handle locks and five deadbolts, which included drilling two new holes. Mark also located and installed security devices for three sliding doors. The work was excellent. Everything functioned flawlessly and the workmanship was clean and attractive. He didn't know the brand but he told me it was a cheap lock. He said he will charge me to come and take a look at it.
