I called to get a quote for 9 locks being rekeyed. The fee seemed super high and he was not willing to provide an exact quote for each rekey. He wanted $70 dollars + another amount which he won't provide to do each lock. It would have cost well over a $1000 dollars to do 9 locks. When I asked for an exact quote he hung up on me. After calling around I found out this guy is a HUGE rip off. I am having 9 locks re-keyed and one privacy lock opened for half the price. Do not recommend. Call service and website say free estimates. Two men arrived and gave high quote to rekey locks to my elderly father and I. Father and I declined the work. Then locksmith demanded $50 to leave the property stating his website says $50 for estimates. I then paid for him to leave. Checked his website it says free estimates. Called for refund and locksmith refused. He then called me 3 times to harass me that he used his gas to come to my house and will not refund money.
