I had a very upsetting experience with Care Locksmith. Not only was the service late and subpar, but I was also subjected to inappropriate and unprofessional behavior by the technician who arrived. I felt uncomfortable and harassed during the entire interaction. His comments and actions were completely inappropriate and made me feel unsafe in my own home.
