    Ordered parts through oempartsonline.com fulfilled through Greenway / Singing River Honda on 9/8…read more Saw the website advise that it could take 2-4 days to fulfill the order. Called 9/12, 4 business days later, to get an update when the order showed still "In Progress". Was given a bunch of excuses: "we're understaffed," "we're experiencing a high volume of orders," "there's no phone in the back where the online orders are fulfilled," "with 1500 orders, it might take a little longer but you can cancel your order if you want". Ok, fine, so I wait. Another 4 business days go by with radio silence and the order still showing "In Progress". I call back and speak to the same guy and am given the same excuses. I'm wondering if it's not this poor dude's job to answer the phone all day, talk to customers angry that their online orders aren't shipping, and provide the "company line" excuses and deflections because that seems like a crummy job. He says he'll have them email me. The next day, no email. It is now 9/19, a full two business WEEKS since the order was created and its still showing "In Progress". I call back and speak to my buddy in the parts department. He says, "they sent out an email with an update yesterday". Neither my inbox nor my spam folder received anything from them. I have him send the update to a different email and I receive an email with the same excuses I got on 9/12. At this point, I am through waiting for these clowns so I cancel the order. This is not my first experience ordering OEM parts through these websites by a long shot but this was definitely my worst experience. Don't make the same mistake I did and order parts through oempartsonline.com / Greenway / Singing River Honda unless you want to throw weeks on your project into the toilet. Who knows when I would get the parts if I just kept waiting. Possibly never. The employee that I spoke to was fine but if this is the best service Greenway / Singing River Honda can provide, they need to shut down their online orders department. I asked to speak to a supervisor about this and was told I'll get a call back. Not holding my breath for that one either.
