Not very happy with Ford motor company. I have a 2016 Ford Mustang GT that I bought brand new and it only has a little over 17 thousand miles on it. I was told my local dealership that the A/C was locked up and that the clutch and compressor were built together and that it would cost me $1600.00 to have it fixed! Yes, I know it's nearly 10 years old. But come on 17k miles and it goes out!! I have 1991 Pontiac Grand Am and a 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara both I bought brand new and still own both, each one has over 220k miles on them and their A/C still work. I don't think I've even had to have freon put in them! Very dissatisfied with Ford and will never buy another! read more

Hands down the best dealership around. Best sales team there is, always finds me the best deals.

First off, I used Adrienne Goins to buy my car in 2020. She was phenomenal. I give her 10/10. She doesn't even sell anymore so I will still keep my review on her. Secondly, I give the service department a 0/10. My car started throwing codes on November 21st 2022. I called them because it was saying my turbocharger. I brought it and then they gave me a rental. My car was due for an oil change so I asked them to change it while it was there. I get a call on December 1st saying to bring back the rental because they're voiding my warranty because my oil was never changed. When I went to Walmart to have it changed prior to my last oil change. They said I had manufacture oil filter. When it was confirmed by another company that it was not. They were horrible to my husband on the phone. Laughed at him and told him to trade in my car. They tried to force me to trade in my car because of the "condition". My car is in perfect shape besides the turbo. Tried to get me to cancel my extra mechanical PAID warranty. I didn't sign anything to cancel anything. So I went to get my car. Before I took my car down there, it was FINE. When I left with it because they refused to fix it, 5 minutes down the road, it went in limp mode. I couldn't go over 40 mph. They told me before I left the dealership that it would be ok to drive until it was fixed. LIES. They said they changed my oil. I have proof they did not and I'll submit that in the comments. Because when I got home, I had my husband reconnect the collision assist bc it was not connected. We then realized my oil filter wasn't changed and we had my father in law drain the oil to see if they even changed it. I will be reviewing on Google, yelp and anything else with proof also so they cannot hide this. My car is now fixed because I went through another dealer who treated me with the upmost respect and it was covered under warranty. I had to tow it to the dealership because I drained the oil completely but that's okay. OH and while I am at it, I had a recall.. asked them to fix it. They said they "addressed it" when I pull it up on ford pass, it was still incomplete. I do NOT recommend Long Lewis Shoals for ANYTHING after everything I've dealt with in the past 2 months. It sickens me that I've recommended them to so many people before this incident. I promise you, I will NOT be recommending you to anyone. read more

We recently visited this location to inquire about a truck. It was the worst experience I have ever had while looking for a vehicle. The sales man named Nathan? was reluctant to help us initially. When asking to drive the truck he mentioned what a long walk it would be to get the key. After we decided to sit down inside and seriously take a look at maybe purchasing the truck things took a turn for the worst. We did not agree to the terms he sat in front of us and he said "what don't you understand". At this point he had completely lost me I ask him why he was talking so fast and he said "I don't see how I am missing your business". I told him again I didn't agree with the terms and he ask me where I got the idea it should be better. I told him we had been shopping other places and he told me maybe I should go there. He began talking to me like I was stupid or down to me like I had no idea what cars are worth. This gentleman was abrasive and short when I didn't jump at a purchase immediately. The third time I told him it wasn't a good deal he stuck his hand in my face and said thanks for your time. I guessed this was my diamissal so I took his hand shake and left the store. Never ever again will I visit this dealership not only because the inability of the one staff member to professionally conduct himself but, because I don't mistreat people and I never want to go where I'm not treated with respect. read more

My husband and I have purchased 4 Lincolns in the past 24 years with 3 of them purchased from Long Lewis Ford. One reason we always go back to Long Lewis is because of the great customer service we receive. Each time we interact with the service department or the sales department we are treated like we are special guests. Our last visit to Long Lewis was to have the oil changed on our new Lincoln MKX. One thing that we like about our MKX is that some of the regular service is covered for a period of time from purchase date. Also while we waited for our car we were offered refreshments as well as water or soda. We are always pleased with the folks at Long Lewis and could not ask for better service. read more

Well being undecided about which car to lease, my salesmen Neil Bergman and Mitch Bryde kept me up to date on what was going on with the new car sales. Being overwhelmed I was not satisfied with anything I had seen or driven. Their was nothing wrong with the vehicles, the ones I could afford just didn't see right or felt right. Well after asking him Neil to find me a VW Passat, in the meantime, in be known to him I had changed my mind about the mid sized car Well several days passed and he finally called and said he had found me a Psaat, but he had a car he thought I would really love and he began to describe the 2016 VW Jetta Sports trim he had found for me. Mitch had shown me the Psaat Sport earlier, so I was excited and the price made the tornado red 2016 Volkswagon Jetta Sports trim mine and the bluetooth and push button start made me just so happy, not to mention heated front seats, back up camera with navigation and I could go on and on. My husband likes the 17" alloy wheels. And to top it all the price was affordable for me!
