I had previously been there for a simple oil change and all went well. I have since discovered things did not go so well this time. If you go, they will probably text you a video. Don't even look at it! They should be ashamed! My video was "my mechanic" suggesting that I also purchase an engine performance restoration service-$63 (a useless bamboozle recommended only for older cars with issues), brake system fluid exchange service-$184 (Lexus has "lifetime fluid" and recommends drain and fill only under certain hard driving circumstances) and Flush and replace all of my coolant (which even I knew I didn't need and didn't have done). The service adviser obviously knew better than to recommend any of it and left it up to me. I trusted the "mechanic in the video. They also put on a set of windshield wiper blades ($73) which I had earlier declined with the service adviser. My appointment was easy and pleasant to make, the facility was nice and the service adviser was polite. I will go there again for an oil change to save a 140 mile drive but I will ignore any texts that arrive from them while I am waiting.

Since I purchased my vehicle, the Toyota App will not connect to my car. Mike Stewart and the service team, along with a few sales personnel worked tirelessly to resolve this issue, including ordering and installing a new audio system for my vehicle. Unfortunately, the problem was not rectified. This was not due to the effort of the Toyota service team. They tried everything, even calling former coworkers to brainstorm ideas of how to reconcile the problem. Throughout the experience, the team was kind, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend Singing River Toyota.

Updated. The service manager called me and reversed the charge. He said that I should not have been…read morecharged. I'm not sure what brought about the change of heart, something about lack of communication on their end. I appreciate them doing the right thing. *** I recently bought a new truck and brought it in for service. I spent about $1,500--definitely on the high side--but I wanted the job done right. During that service, they accidentally broke my air filter box. To their credit, they replaced it at no charge, which was the right thing to do. However, once I got home, I noticed another issue. I called, and they told me to bring it back so they could double-check their work. After re-inspecting it, they claimed the problem was unrelated and quoted me an additional $2,500 for repairs. I declined due to the excessive cost. The frustrating part came when I picked up my truck--they charged me another $150 diagnostic fee, despite initially saying they would recheck their work. When I questioned it, I was told, "Sorry, my manager says we have to charge you." That was enough for me. I won't be going back.
