The seller also stated, the very bold statement, "this truck is so clean, this truck has never been on a dirt road." On a separate note, the finance manager at the time tried to bully and use insults to push me to finance through them although I already had financing and ran my credit info so many times it lowered my credit score 40 points. I filed a report with BBB; however, Mrs.King chose to lie for the salesman and plead ignorance of the previous accident, instead of doing the right thing, in her response. She posted the document they provided me at purchase and it shows no major damage was done to the truck; however, the current carfax states the severe damage was done well before the truck was purchased. Finally, the truck I traded in was a 2005 Ford F150 with a 5.4 triton engine. The engine was going out in the truck and they wouldn't give me much of anything for it which I understood, in its condition. This is also why I did not sale privately, I did not want to sell someone this truck, to have it break down on them 5 miles down the road. However, within a couple days the truck was for sale on their lot for over 13,000 dollars, with the same engine about to go out. Whoever purchased this truck, got a huge disappointment at some point. Good luck if you purchase from this lot. They embrace the sleazy used car dealer stereotype and will double down on their lies.

I've stopped by several different times to look at reasonably priced autos, but the mileage was just too high for my needs. Each one I've looked at have been very clean. One salesman keeps a dip of Skoal in his lip and when he speaks you can smell it. It turns my stomach but I just try to stay down wind from him. As far as a variety of clean and affordable newer cars on a small lot this is possibly the best in the area.

He even picked us up at the hotel in the morning after we flew into Memphis and ubered to Corinth! Everyone on site was friendly, honest and authentic. I wanted my payment as low as possible and wasn't worried about GAP ( I have this with my car insurance) or the extended warranty. I planned on selling my current vehicle and putting it towards the principal anyways. I was told by the finance manager that I couldn't remove it because I didn't have a trade in. (I find out later that was not true and went to the GM and had it removed. ) Now here is the problem. I had flexor tendon surgery performed on 9/25/25 (purchased 10/11/2025) so I was unable to physically sign my signature in a legible way for one, as my dominant hand was in a bulky full forearm/ hand splint and I had very limited movements in my thumb due to the recent surgery. My mother never once stepped foot into that dealership so how did she sign her name? The finance manger said it was a wet signature. Not at all possible. It's evident the same person forge both of our signatures on the warranty package also. Next problem, I know I declined the extended warranty. I've had so many issues out of my 2020 Kia telluride. Not 1, but 2 bad alternators, a dead battery, oil leak, I've bought a new housing, new gaskets, changed my oil 5 times in 20,000 miles since I got this car due to low oil, not to mention all the times I had to put more oil in it. 2 bad O2 sensors, and now my transmission is blown. When my step dad dropped the car off at the dealership this morning, the service "professional" very rudely said he wouldn't help them unload it from the uhal hauler. So my step dad and 80 year old grandfather had to get out and physically push this hunk of junk car off, which resulted in my grandfather falling and getting injured On their property. I've called Kia multiple times and told them about my issues and not once did anyone mention anything about an extended warranty. Nobody cared to even look. All they could offer me was to buy my car at today's market value. I only found out about the extended warranty by reaching out to the salesman because I wanted to know where all these extra charges came from. That's when I found out about it. Don't you think if I knew I had an extended warranty from the beginning, I would've cashed in on it instead of sinking nearly $2k into fixing it myself? But to my knowledge, I declined the coverage. I know did. The salesman was great and nothing is directed towards Bryant Anthony. This is all for general manager, finance manager, owner, and service department. This car and dealing with this dealership has been a complete nightmare. I don't even trust the dealership to work on it now. I'm so disappointed and lost all trust in this dealership all together. Kia, just so you know, forgery is a federal offense and I will be seeking legal representation for this, among a long list of other things. If anyone wants to know more, please reach out.
