Crossroads Chevrolet Buick GMC

My truck air conditioner was repaired in the promised time frame, so my review of Crossroads is…read moregood. However, my review of Chevrolet in general is quite bad. This was the fourth time I have had to have the air conditioner worked on; the speedometer does not work due to a clutch assembly problem and I cannot afford to replace it. In the past I have driven Fords and not had problems, so in the future I will go back to Ford.

I made an online appointment to have work done on my vehicle and received a confirmation via text…read more I arrived at appointment time and was told I wasn't in their computer system. Got past that when I showed them my text confirmation. They performed a $189 diagnostic test. I was told the cost of repairing my vehicle would be $1,100 and they would have to order a part. I approved that. An hour later the service department called and said the original diagnosis was wrong and the new cost would be $6,500. I told them no, I didn't want them to fix it. Was told the part they had already ordered wouldn't be in until the next day and could not be cancelled or returned so I was out over $500 for nothing. The next afternoon I called to see if the part had come in. I was told no, it would be the following day. An hour later they called back and said the part had come in. Nothing but youngsters working there who couldn't tell the difference between a spark plug and a gas cap cover. I will NEVER take my vehicle to them again.

This car lot is located just at the edge of Corinth on highway 45. There are usually 30 newer model…read morecars, trucks and SUVs on the lot at all times. As of 1-9-16 there are over 100 (a BMW, Jaguar, Hummer, Shelby GT500, Lexus, Camaro and a couple Corvettes). I've stopped by several different times to look at reasonably priced autos, but the mileage was just too high for my needs. Each one I've looked at have been very clean. One salesman keeps a dip of Skoal in his lip and when he speaks you can smell it. It turns my stomach but I just try to stay down wind from him. As far as a variety of clean and affordable newer cars on a small lot this is possibly the best in the area.

Bought a truck here 6 years ago. I was given documentation stating the truck was clean and had not…read morebeen in any major accidents. When I asked the salesman why the passenger side of truck had been repainted he stated the truck had been "bumped" and had to be repainted. This was after I had already asked if it had been in any accidents and was told no. However, now that I'm trying to sell this truck the CARFAX states severe damage was done to the entire passenger side of the truck. The seller also stated, the very bold statement, "this truck is so clean, this truck has never been on a dirt road." On a separate note, the finance manager at the time tried to bully and use insults to push me to finance through them although I already had financing and ran my credit info so many times it lowered my credit score 40 points. I filed a report with BBB; however, Mrs.King chose to lie for the salesman and plead ignorance of the previous accident, instead of doing the right thing, in her response. She posted the document they provided me at purchase and it shows no major damage was done to the truck; however, the current carfax states the severe damage was done well before the truck was purchased. Finally, the truck I traded in was a 2005 Ford F150 with a 5.4 triton engine. The engine was going out in the truck and they wouldn't give me much of anything for it which I understood, in its condition. This is also why I did not sale privately, I did not want to sell someone this truck, to have it break down on them 5 miles down the road. However, within a couple days the truck was for sale on their lot for over 13,000 dollars, with the same engine about to go out. Whoever purchased this truck, got a huge disappointment at some point. Good luck if you purchase from this lot. They embrace the sleazy used car dealer stereotype and will double down on their lies.
