This was hands down the best customer service we've ever experienced from a dealership. The Jeep we were looking for was a bit of a unicorn and we found it at CDJR of Corinth. We literally travelled from Houston, TX for this vehicle and felt so comfortable with the entire process. Communication was stellar, online pricing was honored, no surprise fees, and Justin went far above and beyond to take care of us. He even picked us up at the hotel in the morning after we flew into Memphis and ubered to Corinth! Everyone on site was friendly, honest and authentic. It was a straight-forward, no pressure environment that led to us feeling 100% comfortable and satisfied. Honestly, we may may the trip again when we're ready for our next Jeep! With many stops to cool down to get to some sort of civilization, I finally made it to this autozone. They were busy but never once tried to rush me out of the store. Corina was exceptionally helpful. After purchasing a thermostat, the dear sweetheart lent me her personal tools to get started. She made sure I was good while out in their parking lot trying to repair my vehicle to get home, and even stayed well past time for her to go home. I really wish this autozone was closer to my house, it would be my go to for sure!!! The guys on shift were nice as well but I lucked up and was assisted by this lovely lady that went above and beyond with customer service!!

Asked for their best price on the model I was looking at and was told they would not discuss prices on the lot, I'd have to come inside. I told them to run in and get whatever info they would like in order to give me the best price. Salesman went in, came back out and stated that the "sales manager" would only give a price inside. I shook his hand, left, and bought elsewhere. Pathetic.

Just patched/plugged and sent them on their way for a very reasonable price. They balanced the tires on my wife's car and pointed out some unusual wear (they were correct...there was an issue) and gave her options without any pressure or fear tactics. I really appreciated that. These people work hard, are honest with customers, and seem to try to do what's best and right by people. We are about to order new tires for the Camry.
