Definitely not up to code then charged $160/$180 to splice a refrigerator cord and wrapped in black electrical tape. We called last week and they said they would come replace it. We'll today they came with a cord to short and was being very unprofessional and talking down towards to my brother n law who has a head injury. My daughter was hear and over heard them and told them to leave because they were treating him like he was stupid.. which he's not. I got back and found out what had happened and called and asked to speak to a manager which I was given the run around and finally told a manger was not in the store and they'd have him call me back. Well they are closed now and I never received a call back. Our family has bought all of our appliances through them. We will never buy another item from them again not with the way they treat and take advantage the elderly and handicapped which have bought every appliance from them since they opened their store. Never again and I will be up there tomorrow to handle this matter since a manger can't return my call.

I wanted my payment as low as possible and wasn't worried about GAP ( I have this with my car insurance) or the extended warranty. I planned on selling my current vehicle and putting it towards the principal anyways. I was told by the finance manager that I couldn't remove it because I didn't have a trade in. (I find out later that was not true and went to the GM and had it removed. ) Now here is the problem. I had flexor tendon surgery performed on 9/25/25 (purchased 10/11/2025) so I was unable to physically sign my signature in a legible way for one, as my dominant hand was in a bulky full forearm/ hand splint and I had very limited movements in my thumb due to the recent surgery. My mother never once stepped foot into that dealership so how did she sign her name? The finance manger said it was a wet signature. Not at all possible. It's evident the same person forge both of our signatures on the warranty package also. Next problem, I know I declined the extended warranty. I've had so many issues out of my 2020 Kia telluride. Not 1, but 2 bad alternators, a dead battery, oil leak, I've bought a new housing, new gaskets, changed my oil 5 times in 20,000 miles since I got this car due to low oil, not to mention all the times I had to put more oil in it. 2 bad O2 sensors, and now my transmission is blown. When my step dad dropped the car off at the dealership this morning, the service "professional" very rudely said he wouldn't help them unload it from the uhal hauler. So my step dad and 80 year old grandfather had to get out and physically push this hunk of junk car off, which resulted in my grandfather falling and getting injured On their property. I've called Kia multiple times and told them about my issues and not once did anyone mention anything about an extended warranty. Nobody cared to even look. All they could offer me was to buy my car at today's market value. I only found out about the extended warranty by reaching out to the salesman because I wanted to know where all these extra charges came from. That's when I found out about it. Don't you think if I knew I had an extended warranty from the beginning, I would've cashed in on it instead of sinking nearly $2k into fixing it myself? But to my knowledge, I declined the coverage. I know did. The salesman was great and nothing is directed towards Bryant Anthony. This is all for general manager, finance manager, owner, and service department. This car and dealing with this dealership has been a complete nightmare. I don't even trust the dealership to work on it now. I'm so disappointed and lost all trust in this dealership all together. Kia, just so you know, forgery is a federal offense and I will be seeking legal representation for this, among a long list of other things. If anyone wants to know more, please reach out. Had to have my wheels balanced and an alignment done on my brand new wheels for an 09 Honda Accord…read more I came back to the news of "one of your wheels is bent" and "had trouble getting everything aligned." Come to find out that they caused the bend in my wheels and also torqued my lug nuts to well over 100 foot pounds, when factory spec is ~80ftlbs. This caused one of my studs to sheer off when I attempted to removed my lugs to replace my rotors a week after the work was done. I showed up to ask if they could provide me a new stud so I could replace it myself in fear that they would cause even more damage to my vehicle. The shop is full of GED (or less) possessing idiots that think it's cute to ram a impact wrench to unbelievable levels whenever they remove or mount a set of wheels on a vehicle. Florence is full of idiots that work at these wheel shops. If you go ANYWHERE in the quad cities, I'd only go to Long Lewis's custom shop across from the dealership.

This shop agreed to take on a challenging project: replacing part of a floor in our Class A…read moremotorhome, that another shop stated was rotten. Once they got into it, there was zero rot! There was a roller that came unscrewed. Now, this still wasn't an easy task. Chip did a great job of troubleshooting all of our 4 slides and ended up replacing 4 rollers. The shop also identified a problem with the generator mounts, just by walking by while the generator was running. Charles did a great job on that repair.
