When I went to pick up my truck nothing was done that I asked to have done instead a new thermostat housing was put on my truck and a bracket for the alternator which neither I asked to have done charged me $750 when I went to pick up my truck and ran like crap tried to drive it home and it overheated. I was charged a cooling fee and there wasn't even any coolant put into my truck when I checked the coolant level when it overheated on the way home there was no coolant in there I had to get water from a nearby house to put into my truck when I get back to the shop an argument pursued between myself and the owner Alex told me to go outside and we almost had a fist fight said to me what do you care your uncle paid for it anyway come to find out there is no cooler in the truck as I discovered the other day the wrong bolts were put into my thermostat housing so cool it has been leaking out of my thermostat this whole time which actually fried my new water pump that I bought 6 months ago and put in and I had to replace it the other day anyway I left the truck there after our arguments did the things I asked to get done in the first place got done when I went to pick the truck up it drove normal like it should I never asked to have a thermostat housing put on or a new alternator bracket who is heard of $750 to change a thermostat and put a bracket on this is ridiculous now when I went to change my water pump the other day that broke because cuz my thermostat has been leaking the whole time I discovered that the wrong size bolts were put into my thermostat housing Now I can't get Any bolts into my thermostat it's been stripped out it keeps leaking. When I went to do the water pump for the second time I discovered the work that was done on the throttle position sensor he just use wire connectors didn't even bother to wrap them with tape or anything just left them exposed this place does real shoddy work I would not bring you will be overcharged and they'll just do what they feel like doing to your car and disregard anything you ask them to do hopefully when they see this I'll give them the opportunity to fix my thermostat housing where they stripped out the bolts and put a helicoil in there or something so I can get my thermostat on or I will be seeking legal action to get my $750 back . I'm tired of getting dragged over the coals I brought my truck there because Alex had done some work for me in the past before he owned this business and he did a good job that's why I brought it back to him. Come to find out he didn't even do the work of my truck this time when I went to pick my truck up the first time there was hoses disconnected that go to the charcoal canister when asked about it the mechanic that worked on it didn't even know where they went now ask yourself what mechanic does it know what hoses go to a charcoal canister it's just the kind of person you want working on your car? I read the reviews and they did something similar to another man and elderly veteran they charged him a coolant fee and when he got home he didn't even have coolant in his vehicle and was ridiculously overcharged to replace an upper and lower radiator hose. I wouldn't bring my car here if it was the last place on Earth. You've been warned proceed at your own risk. I'm going to leave reviews on every review site possible so people are aware of these hacks until someone contacts me about fixing my truck the right way the $750 worth way I was charged.

We'll today they came with a cord to short and was being very unprofessional and talking down towards to my brother n law who has a head injury. My daughter was hear and over heard them and told them to leave because they were treating him like he was stupid.. which he's not. I got back and found out what had happened and called and asked to speak to a manager which I was given the run around and finally told a manger was not in the store and they'd have him call me back. Well they are closed now and I never received a call back. Our family has bought all of our appliances through them. We will never buy another item from them again not with the way they treat and take advantage the elderly and handicapped which have bought every appliance from them since they opened their store. Never again and I will be up there tomorrow to handle this matter since a manger can't return my call.

Come to find out that they caused the bend in my wheels and also torqued my lug nuts to well over 100 foot pounds, when factory spec is ~80ftlbs. This caused one of my studs to sheer off when I attempted to removed my lugs to replace my rotors a week after the work was done. I showed up to ask if they could provide me a new stud so I could replace it myself in fear that they would cause even more damage to my vehicle. The shop is full of GED (or less) possessing idiots that think it's cute to ram a impact wrench to unbelievable levels whenever they remove or mount a set of wheels on a vehicle. Florence is full of idiots that work at these wheel shops. If you go ANYWHERE in the quad cities, I'd only go to Long Lewis's custom shop across from the dealership.

There was a roller that came unscrewed. Now, this still wasn't an easy task. Chip did a great job of troubleshooting all of our 4 slides and ended up replacing 4 rollers. The shop also identified a problem with the generator mounts, just by walking by while the generator was running. Charles did a great job on that repair.

Today (Friday) I had a nail in a tire and stopped by to get it fixed. They told a 72 year old man with Parkinson's that they might could squeeze me in sometime on Monday with a big smile on their face. I left and drove to Hines tire on 6th street and in twenty minutes the tire was fixed and I was on my way. I guess I learned if you only have trouble that can be scheduled days ahead of time Shoals is one of the places to try. If you have unscheduled trouble you might need to go elsewhere. I am truly disappointed at the service I did not receive.
