The son test drove it before checking it on the rack. As he was checking, his dad walks by and tells him it was the front passenger wheel w/o driving it. The son and I both stated that it sounded like it was coming from the back. The dad stated that it was the front and the sound was traveling. They did not show me that problem. I asked would that take care of the noise. They replied yes. I had no issues with the front wheel as they stated. I purchased the part for $160+ and dropped my vehicle off. I was contacted later stating that my vehicle was ready. I arrived shortly before closing on Friday and paid for the service only to pull off and noticed the same issue. I went back and told Theresa ( the mother ) that the issue was not fixed as I was told. She then had someone else drive my vehicle. As he returned, he confirmed that it was the right rear hub as both me and the son had stated. Theresa replied " Oh , you need a rear hub also!" I replied, I brought my vehicle in to repair the noise coming from the rear, not something that you told me was loose. Theresa asked if I could bring it back Monday and they would make it right. Monday evening, I called to check on the status, the man that answered stated that it was ready and the cost was $395+ . I asked for Theresa. She recognized me and immediately gave the phone to her husband who escalated the issue by saying " I heard that you weren't happy with my work? " I'm not happy that the issue that I brought my vehicle in for was not resolved, and now you want me to pay for the wrong diagnostic that didn't fix the problem. He began to yell and asked if I was calling him a liar. I'm saying that the rear hub was the original issue, and you stated that it was the front, I replied. He yelled Don't you ever bring anything back here and told me to come get my vechicle! I replied, I'm on my way! He then said " Come on buddy, I'll be waiting on you! I got there as fast as I could, walked in the door as he came through seconds after. He said " Mr. Cooper, here's your key and work order, (pointing) and there's a camera. I took the key and work order, as I returned the envelope to Theresa who would even look up after given her word. $395 is Not making it right. Driving off, I noticed that the noise was still there. Thank God, I didn't pay the other $395 which would have totaled over $826 as I drove away the second time with the same issue that I came in for repair! The free work on my Jaguar is false! I have receipts for $900+ and $250+ for the two times that I have been serviced there. The front wheel being loose and falling out is also false! I stopped by Hines tire to get air in my tires and shared the issue that Bacon stated. Two gentlemen there told me that they didn't see anything wrong. I trusted that Bacon Alignment new what they were talking about and would resolve the problem! Wow.....was I wrong! Then trying to cover it up to make the customer look like they're at fault! Own your mistake! Sad!

For weeks, I had been trying to figure out what was causing the check engine light on my van. I…read moretook it to autozone, advance, O'Reilly's, and each code came out different. One said it was the MASS Airflow sensor, another said it was the PCV Valve, and one said it was the van's computer and that I'd likely need to order a new one. The problem was that I changed the Mass airflow sensor previously and knew that wasn't it. Also knew it wasn't the pvc valve. The computer was the only one I thought it could be and I was worried because that's a costy project. But I still wasn't certain. I considered taking it to a Ford dealership to have them run a diagnostic, but after finding out they wanted $130 just to look at it, I decided against. I found Witts from a suggestion from a lady at O'Reilly's and boy am I glad I took her advice when I asked if she knew any good honest mechanics. After running a diagnostic, they determined it was likely just a vacuum hose leak and then they ran a smoke test. Turns out it was just my gas cap that needed replaced! I highly recommend Witts for any work done you need on your vehicle. They're real good folks that'll treat you right.
