I appreciate them doing the right thing. *** I recently bought a new truck and brought it in for service. I spent about $1,500--definitely on the high side--but I wanted the job done right. During that service, they accidentally broke my air filter box. To their credit, they replaced it at no charge, which was the right thing to do. However, once I got home, I noticed another issue. I called, and they told me to bring it back so they could double-check their work. After re-inspecting it, they claimed the problem was unrelated and quoted me an additional $2,500 for repairs. I declined due to the excessive cost. The frustrating part came when I picked up my truck--they charged me another $150 diagnostic fee, despite initially saying they would recheck their work. When I questioned it, I was told, "Sorry, my manager says we have to charge you." That was enough for me. I won't be going back.

There is only a 2 day return policy and I didn't know it leaks near the sunroof for about a week and a half until it rained. Now the carpet smells like mold from where it has flooded repetitively. I've had trouble with the driver's side front caliper. Changed that and the brakes and it's still locking up. DO NOT buy a car here. They don't care about the customer. Just money.
