If it hadn't been imperative that we buy a car that day (hubby's car died) we probably wouldn't have bought here. The good: the car we got is great. One owner, no wrecks, low mileage, nice looking, fuel efficient, etc. We have had some credit problems and a past bankruptcy, but they were able to get us financed with no money down. The bad: I felt very pressured and rushed by the salesman. I was also put off by the fact that he was a part of a traveling sales team the dealer had brought in for a sales event. It bothered me that management would take away business from the local salesmen they employ. I mentioned more than once that I had talked to someone there in the past and would like to talk to him again, only to be ignored and talked-over. This also happened when I asked to see other less expensive vehicle options. We were only shown the one car and told it was the only one that would work for our finance options. It's a $20k car, so I found that very hard to believe. The salesman very nearly lost the sale because of his old-school, pushy, rushy approach, but his finance guy, also a part of the traveling sales team, saved it by helping us get to a more comfortable monthly payment. Despite this, I left the dealership feeling like I had been taken advantage of.

After four exhausting months dealing with unsafe workmanship elsewhere, Singing River CDJR is the…read morereason I finally have my vehicle back and safe to drive. From the moment my Jeep arrived, the difference was obvious: professionalism, transparency, and accountability. Their team didn't guess, deflect, or minimize concerns -- they documented everything and let the evidence speak for itself. Tyler, my certified service advisor, went above and beyond in every possible way. He communicated clearly, advocated for me with third parties, explained findings in detail, and never once made me feel dismissed or uninformed. Tyler treated this situation like it mattered -- because it did. Manny, the technician who repaired my Jeep, deserves just as much recognition. His work was thorough, precise, and done correctly the first time. Manny identified and corrected multiple safety-critical issues that should never have existed, and his attention to detail gave me confidence I hadn't had in months. Singing River Jeep: * Documented extensive prior workmanship failures * Corrected missing and incorrect bolts, clamps, and hardware * Properly addressed oil contamination issues * Communicated every step with honesty and clarity * Returned my Jeep in safe, drivable condition What stood out most was their integrity. They didn't cut corners, didn't try to rush me out the door, and didn't shy away from difficult conversations. They stood with me and helped hold another shop accountable -- something they were not obligated to do, but did anyway. If you want certified technicians, real diagnostics, honest communication, and a dealership that actually stands behind its work, Singing River Jeep is where you go. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Singing River CDJR

Called 9/12, 4 business days later, to get an update when the order showed still "In Progress". Was given a bunch of excuses: "we're understaffed," "we're experiencing a high volume of orders," "there's no phone in the back where the online orders are fulfilled," "with 1500 orders, it might take a little longer but you can cancel your order if you want". Ok, fine, so I wait. Another 4 business days go by with radio silence and the order still showing "In Progress". I call back and speak to the same guy and am given the same excuses. I'm wondering if it's not this poor dude's job to answer the phone all day, talk to customers angry that their online orders aren't shipping, and provide the "company line" excuses and deflections because that seems like a crummy job. He says he'll have them email me. The next day, no email. It is now 9/19, a full two business WEEKS since the order was created and its still showing "In Progress". I call back and speak to my buddy in the parts department. He says, "they sent out an email with an update yesterday". Neither my inbox nor my spam folder received anything from them. I have him send the update to a different email and I receive an email with the same excuses I got on 9/12. At this point, I am through waiting for these clowns so I cancel the order. This is not my first experience ordering OEM parts through these websites by a long shot but this was definitely my worst experience. Don't make the same mistake I did and order parts through oempartsonline.com / Greenway / Singing River Honda unless you want to throw weeks on your project into the toilet. Who knows when I would get the parts if I just kept waiting. Possibly never. The employee that I spoke to was fine but if this is the best service Greenway / Singing River Honda can provide, they need to shut down their online orders department. I asked to speak to a supervisor about this and was told I'll get a call back. Not holding my breath for that one either.

long post, buckle up!! Kia of the shoals forged my signature and my mother's signature on the…read morewarranty package that I know for a fact I declined when offered. I wanted my payment as low as possible and wasn't worried about GAP ( I have this with my car insurance) or the extended warranty. I planned on selling my current vehicle and putting it towards the principal anyways. I was told by the finance manager that I couldn't remove it because I didn't have a trade in. (I find out later that was not true and went to the GM and had it removed. ) Now here is the problem. I had flexor tendon surgery performed on 9/25/25 (purchased 10/11/2025) so I was unable to physically sign my signature in a legible way for one, as my dominant hand was in a bulky full forearm/ hand splint and I had very limited movements in my thumb due to the recent surgery. My mother never once stepped foot into that dealership so how did she sign her name? The finance manger said it was a wet signature. Not at all possible. It's evident the same person forge both of our signatures on the warranty package also. Next problem, I know I declined the extended warranty. I've had so many issues out of my 2020 Kia telluride. Not 1, but 2 bad alternators, a dead battery, oil leak, I've bought a new housing, new gaskets, changed my oil 5 times in 20,000 miles since I got this car due to low oil, not to mention all the times I had to put more oil in it. 2 bad O2 sensors, and now my transmission is blown. When my step dad dropped the car off at the dealership this morning, the service "professional" very rudely said he wouldn't help them unload it from the uhal hauler. So my step dad and 80 year old grandfather had to get out and physically push this hunk of junk car off, which resulted in my grandfather falling and getting injured On their property. I've called Kia multiple times and told them about my issues and not once did anyone mention anything about an extended warranty. Nobody cared to even look. All they could offer me was to buy my car at today's market value. I only found out about the extended warranty by reaching out to the salesman because I wanted to know where all these extra charges came from. That's when I found out about it. Don't you think if I knew I had an extended warranty from the beginning, I would've cashed in on it instead of sinking nearly $2k into fixing it myself? But to my knowledge, I declined the coverage. I know did. The salesman was great and nothing is directed towards Bryant Anthony. This is all for general manager, finance manager, owner, and service department. This car and dealing with this dealership has been a complete nightmare. I don't even trust the dealership to work on it now. I'm so disappointed and lost all trust in this dealership all together. Kia, just so you know, forgery is a federal offense and I will be seeking legal representation for this, among a long list of other things. If anyone wants to know more, please reach out. I have so much more I can tell you about this dealership and my experience there. I will be posting this review every single day until Kia and I can come to a resolution.
