Hello I am writing this review because I had a great…read moreexperience. The care was very good. I didn't even wait 1 hour before they called me to the back. I got my wisdom tooth pulled with sedation. The doctor was wonderful and had humor, which made me feel comfortable. My mother work as a dental assistant for 15 years. I was able to go to work with her when I was a little girl, and I work in the medical field for 20 years, patient care is important. Listen I don't expect nothing but the best when it comes to my health. My regular dental office is horrible. Only thing the patient could use some entertainment while waiting . I am writing as I wait for my escort because I am done! In and out. Simple, not overly booked, oh it's chilly in there too bring a jacket. I hope this helps anyone who has anxiety about the dentist. Thank you Sidebar: I made this appointment on 5/4 and was seen on 5/5 @9am and was out by 10:20 I was by treated by Dr.Feygin

I didn't get my procedure done here…read more With all the mixed reviews, I decided to come in to make the appointment. The front desk helped me make an appointment along with forms to bring back during my appointment. Overall, making an appointment was easy. I received a call the day prior to arrive 30 mins early which I did. Parking wasn't too bad in this area. In total, I waited about 2 hours. I had my x-ray taken and a 3D scan. I had Dr.Johnson. Many reviews mentioned the doctors here didnt introduce themselves and has no bedside manner. Dr.Johnson did not introduce himself, but he was very friendly. He explained why I didn't need to get my wisdom teeth extracted. I left happy and a fridge filled with mashed potatoes that won't be eaten.

HORRIBLE experience:…read more - They tell you to leave a positive Google review BEFORE YOU EXIT THE EXAM CHAIR and will check to make sure you have! -As others have stated, they give you issues regarding insurance. I knew my procedure was covered but they told me to pay out of pocket and would submit a claim to my insurance for reimbursement. I followed up with them several times for months before they finally filed one and once they did, they used an old billing code. My insurance notified them to resubmit with an updated one and they have refused and given me a runaround. If you don't know your rights as a patient and your evidence of benefits, this office will screw you over. I have proof of constant follow up and that the code they used is old. I'm now working directly with my insurance to look into the matter since they (Sherry specifically, I think that's her name) are being unhelpful. Beware of this place. Only thing that was okay was the Doc was quick, but there was a lack of post op instructions and that can make or break the results of a procedure.

The use of force to keep my face still while extracting my teeth. I remember crying in pain throughout the whole thing because I was not fully sedated and not being able to go through with the last tooth because the dentist couldn't take me crying. I ended up going back a month later to get the last one pulled but I requested to be heavily sedated because of the first time. It served its purpose but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Horrifying experience. So incredibly fucked up…read more I was told (and I confirmed multiple times) that I would be unconscious for wisdom teeth removal. I was supposed to get all 4 removed. Instead, they hooked me up to anesthesia via IV (after making fun of me for being terrified of needles because I have tattoos) and proceeded to numb my mouth. I never fell asleep/lost consciousness - I was 100% awake for the entire procedure, in pain, crying. I kept waiting to black out but I felt everything - they cracked my tooth apart and pulled all the pieces out, I heard the doctor asking for suction, etc. They stopped after the first tooth because I was crying hysterically. THEN they told me I had been asleep and hadn't felt any pain. I understand that anesthesia can be disorienting and people don't realize they've been asleep. However I remember every single detail of the surgery from IV insertion to removal - and I knew exactly how much time had passed. They kept claiming that I had been asleep, but if that were the case they wouldn't have stopped after 1 tooth. I was completely awake and aware during and after surgery. I was not disoriented or loopy as I left the office - just angry and panicked and in pain. This morning (24 hours later) my entire right cheek is numb. They hit the nerve in my jaw and I can't feel anything, which at first I thought was due to swelling. I understand that sometimes anesthesia is not predictable but I believe the anesthesiologist messed up and lied about it, and to be told that I didn't feel any pain is so insane and scary! Please don't go to this oral surgeon, I don't know what to do except warn other people. Terrifying experience.
