Let me start by saying, I fully understand that is my responsibility to read the fine print. We get that. But when you're just out of the Hospital and you are on crutches, recovering from a serious accident Barely able to move, You're not really in the best shape to be combing through contracts trying to find the fine print. That's the condition I was in when my fiancé and I went to Marcose an auto in Ogden Utah. I had just totaled our truck and with my income now gone we were relying on On my fiancé's paycheck Entirely which doesn't even come close to covering our month Expenses. We were in a desperate situation and the salesman took full advantage. He told us the payment was $277 and naturally any person would assume that was $277 a month just like every other car payment that everybody's ever had. Especially since we had been talking with him involved in that conversation that 277 would be a little bit tight for the month. He would just smile and nod when we talked about that. Turns out it Wasn't $277 a month it was $277 every two weeks now that's About $600 a month. And they just let us drive off, knowing that our payment was double what we thought. Yes, I agree we did sign The paperwork. But the way it all turned out it really feels like a giant baiting switch! They knew our situation they knew we were financially strapped They knew that we assumed it was $277 every month yet they let it go through without saying a Word. So if you are in a tight spot, financially, medically, or mentally Be extremely careful with Marcose and auto because they will take full Advantage of you. And by the time you find out, it's too late. They didn't just sell us a car they took advantage of two people that were in survival mode!! Buyer beware!!! read more

got my car financed through them in house, never had issues or anything until I fell on hard times, I've had such hard time alone getting ahold of them their in house financing sucks, there ride and will not budge if your struggling. They make insane rates for not having proper insurance how is that even legal? also they don't tell you about the loss waiver if you don't meet those criteria it's an extra 49$ on top of your current car payment even if you have insurance. They wanted 500 k plus in bodily or something like that and that made my insurance go crazy. it's not completely horrible which is why I gave it two stars. if you have no where else to turn to then yeah. try and finance your self. also they'll keep bugging you to trade in your car and keep you stuck if your solid on a decision to just pay it off. oh and they have a gps tracker in there too. They don't have Free oil change programs or incentive also. read more

Ogden branch, bought before covid started shutting down everything. I went in knowing which car I wanted, they showed it to us, it was low on fuel, we sat around wondering if they were letting us test drive it or what. Until I had to ask Ricky to help fill up the tank. We have had terrible credit so we were expecting to jump through hoops and all sorts of things to get this car. They sat down, we made our down payment, we were out the door, 2 hours tops. Payments are over 3 years instead of 4-5 year normal loan. Payments are particularly high, we pay almost 500 per month for a 7 year old car... we love the car, but their terms are kinda pricey. read more

This place is the most incompetent dealership ive ever encountered. Their ksl ad said the van i wanted was in taylorsville. It wasn't. They had 5 days to move it to taylorsville. They didn't. I emailed called and texted. They didn't respond. I finally went to the taylorsville location it still wasnt there. So had to go to ogden. Bought the van it took hours of waiting around for them to get the paperwork right. Then when i got the van they never shipped me my license plates. I had to call them after the temp plates already expired and they made me drive to ogden to get them. When i got there they couldnt even find them i told them i called ahead it is here. I would rate 0 if I could. Markosian is by far the worst used car dealership. The moment after I drove off the lot with my car I've had issues, first being the salesman didn't put my social on my account. Second less than a month after I got it my transmission blew and ironically the warranty JUST expired right before it was sold. Not telling me that it was no longer under warranty. Thirdly APG financial has the worst customer service. They are absolutely rude and ignorant. Don't call the service department because you won't know shit for months on end. But IF you ever get ahold of them, they don't know Jack shit that's going on. For instance, they called me to tell me I owed over $900 because there was an insurance claim that my car was totaled, and towed. Funny because the car was still in my damn driveway! Which, to this day, haven't gotten a call back about the situation or if something was figured out. read more

I am extremely satisfied with them so far. I'm not going to lie I was hesitant to go there but I was desperate to find someone that could get me into a car that same day. I have "less than perfect" credit and I don't have the best paying job so I was having trouble finding a dealer that would help. I was able to test drive a couple of cars and even take one to do some errands and I never felt pressured or rushed. I found a car I liked but I couldn't afford the down payment and they worked with me as much as they could to knock the price down but it ended up not working. As I was about to leave Josias didn't give up on the situation and got me approved for a different car that is just as nice (just not my first pick initially) and he negotiated the down payment to be the exact amount I had. I had such an awesome experience there that I would 100% recommended going to this location. Especially if you've had bad experiences elsewhere. read more

Now I have to deal with them Turing my car off when I made my payment. The car is leaking oil and best part is that they said that they were gonna take care of my previous auto loan and they never honored it here. I am gonna get a bunch of posters and stand outside of the dealership until they come out and honer what they said that they would do. So, after 5 months of pain and suffering trying to get the Jeep to run correctly and have any semblance of heat we decided enough is enough. We traded the Jeep (that was 100% paid off) and took on a monthly payment of $200.00 and got a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. It is so nice. Not only does it blow warm air on demand, but both front and rear seats are heated! It is so spacious and comfortable. Great tech package included. All the bells and whistles. Now we just need to get a tow bar and receiver installed and we are set. Joey at Markosian Auto in Ogden was a breath of fresh air. No pressure, no hype, just very down to earth. This company will absolutely screw you over. Do NOT I repeat do NOT get into a contract with these people. It seems amazing at first and it seems too good to be true...that's because it is too good to be true. I'm currently in a 2018 car that they put me in! It's a great little car it's cute it runs well and has great gas mileage.. but none of that matters due to the fact they are charging me about $630 a month for that car. They basically forced me to get a bumper to bumper coverage with THEIR company when I already have full coverage insurance for that car on my own. If you get into an accident or need any repairs they won't let you go anywhere but THEIR approved companies which are horrible and so slow, I have a friend who was in an accident and they kept her car for almost 10 months without working on it while making her pay for the car each month... they are very contradictory with their contracts and what they say by word of mouth. They will do their best to screw you out of any money they can. They told me they would just add my downpayment into my monthly payments but because THEY messed up the contract the first time now they're demanding $350 from me RIGHT NOW and when I texted the person who sold me the car (Josias) to ask what the hell happened and let him know that he himself told me that they would add it into my monthly payments he just said "nope. Sorry." They are also threatening to repo my car because I "haven't made my payments" even though in my contract my payments aren't even due yet. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE a new car for you is NOT worth the headache this is causing me. If you look up their reviews they're all terrible. I loved the car but the salesman kept recommending I get the warranty just in case it breaks down for an additional $82 a month, when I said no he said if I can't afford that I can't afford the car and it's just insurance, so I said ok thinking I could cancel later on if I wanted, he never mentioned I couldn't cancel it at all till I pay the life of the lease, so instead of 400 a month it's about 500 a month, and the warranty ain't worth it, I just wish they would have told me it wasn't possible to cancel, he mislead me even when I didn't want it. read more

Went in Logan branch to buy a truck that I liked and wanted but was missing center console and has a hole in the roof that was silicone closed and had rust and dents a dings. The console and hole in the roof were my concern. I went home and looked up on nada and kbb. Both showed they were asking fair market value or above depending on the site. I decided not to. Then Amber called me the next day and I explained my concern and that if they dropped the price a little then I'd consider it. She said she will contact the manager and call me back. She called back bout 20 minutes later and said they will drop it 500. I agreed said I'll be in Tuesday. I showed up ready to sign. Dakota said they won't drop the price and that they won't negotiate. I was upset and left Amber called today and said that I forgot to tell you the 500 was for a promotion on all trucks one day apparently. Needless to say communication is poor and will manipulate words till sale you and back track when you figure it out. read more

I've been leasing my car for a year. At time of lease I was told I could trade it in after a year. This is so far from the truth. I would not recommend them to anyone. I make my payments on time. When I went in to try to "trade" it in I was told I could and it would cost over $4000 to trade it in and have or wait another year. Not sure how they keep customers.
