I got one of those gift vouchers as a prize to redeem a gift card and on the voucher it said their guest service desk is open Monday to Friday still so I went to try to redeem it but it wasn't possible because it was closed. I went on a Friday then it was closed too, on the day it's supposed to be open and there was a sign to visit their management office and guess what? It was closed too. I called security and then they just said "I don't know when they'll be back they probably went out for their break or lunch. Sorry." So that was the help I got initially. I had to wait a while for someone to help me inside the management office. I can at least say the staff who I interacted with were friendly I just wish they had implemented a better system or had more customer service representatives to help out. Maybe they're just trying to cut people's hours down.

A discounted pair of Bermuda shorts, a discounted bamboo stalk, even a jeweler with reasonable prices, these items are stocked and supplied by helpful customer service and business owners alike. Because of their policy, no exchange or return, they wouldn't give me back the money. I asked why they sell broken goods in the first place. They are currently making profit on goods they sell broken and refuse to compensate. I was told there's nothing they could do and contact the company. Don't buy firm Dollarama unless you don't mind giving them your money for broken items.
