You don't have to line up. 5. If you find items that are sold out, your SA can monitor and order for you when the items become available. 6. You can order by texting your SA and you can have it delivered to your house. 7. And last but not least, your SA can let you know when the new pieces are coming in and will recommend pieces which you might like. If you have your own personal SA, she would know your size and your style. It's easier to shop this way specially when items are only available in the store and of course no one wants to be in crowded places these days. My SA from Metrotown Aritzia is Jamie H. We asked for some of the defects to be fixed and they agreed. When we came in the second time the dress was incrementally better. The excuse this time was that the style of dress couldn't be altered the way it needed to. Why didn't they explain that in the first place? If they have professional seamstresses, shouldn't they have known that before hand? They tried to convince us the alterations were good, their attitude was pretty care-less. Too bad we had to pay ahead of time. I'm super disappointed for my mom as she spent over $400 on this dress and decided not to wear it because it didn't fit her properly. If they have tracking on my item, then why don't they know where it is? Their supply chain is definitely lacking...since their ordering systems aren't interwind with each other...so if you order an item at one location, the other stores/online customer care cannot track that order because it is not in their system. So basically their head office customer care was no help and couldn't solve my problem at all and just told me to contact Metrotown.
