Finally got a chance to check out the spot on Bridgeport Main Street. The building is so cute and the inside just feels like you were meant to be sipping a glass of wine. I had one of their wine cocktails- very creative and so good. I will be taking all of my friends here for a fun afternoon!

At the suggestion of a patron we met at OG Cellars we visited this winery and cigar establishment on Saturday at 4 :45 pm. We were worried we would not be able to enjoy our wine but the close yoke of 6 is not a firm time and we saw lots of patrons lingering. I originally got a glass of zin tin tin and my husband got the Ranch Hand Red. We tasted each other and decided to trade. The zin was on the more complex, more cab taste and tge ranch was a little sweeter and more to my tastes. We sat on the patio and I was worried about the smell of cigar smoke but a light breeze kept it from blowing our way. The patio looks onto a horse field and it was nice to watch them run and interact with their owners. The winery owners have two dogs that mingle around the patrons and they both were super low key and we petted them each time they walked by. This place is dog friendly so feel free to bring you well behaved pet. They also have a fire pit and lots of seating. We only tried two wines but it looked like they had something for everyone in both whites and reds.

Mark, the owner/winemaker/host took the time to educate me and several others who arrived after me while I was there. We each were made to feel like we were his only focus- he was generous with his time. Cooler than learning about his wines however, was the quality of wines he serves. Some grapes are grown on-site. All bottles are made with passion. I tasted dry reds this trip and next time I'll sample the whites. It's not far from the highway but you'll wind down a country road for a couple minutes on the way. I bought the Lightning Cab, it's ages 6 months in wet oak bourbon barrels. It's complex and beautiful.

If you're ready for a field trip, this is a great little hidden gem! This was the last stop on my Texas Winos tour and it was by far the best!! Putin the middle of nowhere, if you blink you'll miss it. Trust me, we did. An entire charter bus full of 54 slightly drunk winos missed the turn! When we finally made it the staff was super friendly and inviting. They explained to us about the thousands of acres of grasslands, how a fire almost robbed them of their vineyard but the local fire department saved them! Because of this, all of their tasting fees are donated that fire department. It's a very small facility but they do their best to accommodate everyone. We got to sample 9... NINE different wines. She made sure to give us back story and what they pair well with on all of them. The sweet red and moscato were my favorites. They had a few outdoor games for us to play, along with snacks and water (the only winery on our tour that did) while we waited for everyone to wrap up. If they were closer I'd absolutely go back.

Okay, you might get lost trying to find this place, but when you do....it's the pot of gold is at the end of the rainbow. It's small but special. EVERYONE at Marker Cellars Family Winery made us feel welcome!! A tour bus of 54 guest ....although their wine room was small, we split into two groups and they treated us golden. We tasted 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, NINE wines! My group was with Misty, she was simply amazing. She share the history and stories about the winery. She educated us on their wine. You could feel passion and her people skills outstanding. She told a story about the fire that almost destroyed the winery and how the firefighters saved it. It was heartfelt and I gave a donation. The outside has a nice sitting area with a few outdoor games like Cornhole. This was the only stop on our tour that I purchased wine. This is a must visit location. Some of the best Texas wine I've had.

Wonderful wine, owners, staff and location. This winery sets at the edge of the Lyndon B. Johnson National Grasslands, beautiful and tranquil location. Once you visit, you will want to come back and bring your family and friends. I'm sure you will find a wine that suits your taste. You have to meet Vino and Zin Tin Tin, the winery greeters (dogs) they are so sweet. (Dog Friendly Business)

Awesome wines in a great atmosphere! Misty is great negotiating the different wines to match your pallet! The wine tasting is a great deal, but by the bottle is an even better deal! Mark's winery tour is very educational and informative. He is a very entertaining lecturer!

On special occasions we want a nice larger menu with "hard to execute" Italian dishes. The bistro's in town are fun and casual but every once in a while you need something a little bit more gastronomically complex. They were very accommodating to my two littles. Our server was very busy but on point. They had a great wine bottle special. 50% off any bottle under $199. Salad was tasty and fresh. Had got Cacio E Pepe as a second dish before our entrées. Which I highly recommend doing. That's not an easy dish to do, but they executed it perfectly. Nice thick noodles similar to the Pici and Bigoli , you see in Tuscany. They also had a pretty sizable prime New York strip for under $70 which is pretty impressive. Most restaurants would've charged 85 or more for that steak. It was cooked perfectly. Char medium rare. Everything was fantastic. They even made us a complementary dessert with happy anniversary message. Highly recommend.

We started off with bruschetta and focaccia, which I didn't care for, but the complimentary bread and herb butter were so good. For mains, I shared the special ravioli with burrata, and that was good. I found the prices to be on the higher end. Our server was attentive and sweet. The place is nice for a date night or a group dinner in their private room.

We had an amazing waitress in Annamarie who recommended the best drinks and wine pairings with our pasta we made. It was a great setup to be as intimate or socialize as much as you'd like. They taught us how to make pasta and gnocchi from scratch and also sent us home with our dough and some sauce and noodles to cook later ourselves I highly recommend the calamari and brussel sprouts. The calamari was fried perfectly very light but still had the crunch and the crispy sprouts were crispy and had a phenomenal taste with the Parmesan cheese

Loved it again…read more This is our second time here. As luck would have it, Patrick was our server again. He's super friendly and knows the menu well. He got our drinks, then a basket of warm bread with a plate of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Yummy! There were three of us tonight. We ordered as follows: - Capellini with Seafood - Branzino with Garlic Spinach (shared) - Il Modo Chopped Salad Wow - the food was amazing tonight. My wife and I shared the Branzino. It was a huge portion and real tasty. My son had the Capellini with Seafood and loved it. I tried it as well. Loved the spicy sauce. Then we ordered dessert. Here's what we shared: - Stratacelli Gelato - Tiramisu - Cannolis Wow - they were all good. I liked the Tiramisu the best. Note: they keep it well air conditioned here. Consider a light jacket or sport coat. We will return to Il Modo. Thank you kitchen team and Patrick for another great dinner.

Summary: Subpar food and management lacks customer service…read more I've eaten here with my wife before and their meatball sandwich and Neto pizza was ok, nothing to rave about. So I Wanted to make that clear before I continue with my review mainly in their customer service. So today, I visited Enos with a valid gift card that was gifted to me by friends that wanted me to give Enos a second chance. Now the hostess was nice and really tried to help me with my take out order, but later I was told that they changed system and no longer could accept my GC. It's unfortunate to report that Charlie, the manager on duty, chose not display any kind of courtesy to at least tell me in person as to why my gift card was not going to be accepted. It was obvious she wasn't completely sure how to explain the situation, but it gets worst. Charlie had the hostess pretty much lie and tell me that they attempted to scan my Gift card and work through the problem in the back, but little do they know that I could see them and I watched them only discuss and Charlie pretty much just shook his head and said no and sent hostess back to me. Sorry Charlie, but do better. Restaurant was not busy and you could have at least tell me in person. I just can't believe that they would dismiss me like that. I have a useless $40 gift card. Oh well, Much rather pay for a pizza from Neony Pizza Works down the street. NEONYS is actually worth paying.
