I had gone to a different Doctor and the shot though effective was extremely painful. So, once I realized i was going to have to get one again...I asked around and I was told about Dr. Bigelli. To my utter surprise I was quickly given an appointment. The assistant Nancy was very nice, but the best was yet to come. Dr Bigelli came in took x-rays and the decision to give me a cortisone shot was made. Every effort to minimize my discomfort was made...of course there was pain, but only half of what i had received in the past. I highly recommend this Doctor.

Dr. Simeone showed incredible incompetence, caused intense physical harm, and disgusting narcissism when working with a loved one who is a complex patient. He grabbed the foot of the patient with intense and debilitating chronic pain, consistently over-stated that he would be able to suddenly eliminate her chronic pain, and he did not ask for consent in all interactions with the patient (besides paperwork). While he may have capacity to work with simple patients in simple standard treatments, he lacks skills, competence, being trauma informed, or using a person centered approach to his clients. If your case is more complex, he will only help if he finds your case to be interesting and therefore objectify you. Some doctors heal, others use their man-splaining powers to control your sense of safety in your own body. He is not worth the medical treatment, and I highly advise that you consider care from anyone else.
