This place is amazing! Went here because I had an ingrown toenail that was seriously bothering me…read morefor weeks! I was able to book an appointment within the following week, which is what I needed. The office staff is super friendly, especially the doctors! The guy who handled my procedure was super nice! Explained to me what the procedure would entail, and what the worst part of it would be. The worst part was getting anesthetic injected into my toe, making it numb for several hours afterwards. But the surgery itself was essentially quick and painless. Was in an out of there in roughly 45 minutes to an hour. Sent me on my way with some extra medicine for the care afterwards. Seeing them again in a few weeks for a follow up appointment. I highly recommend this place!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Dr Milam did a very serious surgery on my right foot. The end result…read moreis my right toe is a quarter inch smaller then my next big toe which is causing massive pain. I had to find out from another podiatrist why my foot is still killing me. Dr Milam just couldn't be honest and tell me the truth. But that's not even what is really bothering me. Me and my attorney must have called NP foot and ankle over 50 times in a 3 month period asking for a letter for Dr Milam to fill out for my attorney. This form is what I need to take my employer to court and make like 13 grand in scar money. Dr Milam and his staff just kept giving us the run around. They couldn't tell us why he wouldn't fill out the form I needed. All we got for answers was " were putting the note on his desk that you need the form filled out." I would then say, " then why isn't he doing it for me. They wouldn't give me an answer why and I know they must know why. I ever asked over 20 times, " can you please have him call me? " They said yes we'll have him call you. The guy never called, not one time to either me or my attorney. They treated me and my attorney like garbage. Just ignored us. What I want to know is. If Dr Milam needed someone to fill out a letter that would take no longer then 4 minutes to write and the person wouldn't do it, knowing he'll make 13 grand in scar money. I want to know how Dr Milam would feel about that person. I know for sure he would be pissed! But I got what I needed. I always figure out a way to get what I need. DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE FOR ANY FOOT PROBLEM YOU HAVE! I promise you your foot will get worse! I picked Dr Milam to do a major surgery on my foot that I know he made big bucks doing the surgery. However he couldn't fill out a letter that would take him no longer then 4 minutes to fill out so I can get paid around 13 grand in scar money from my employer. I'm sorry, but that's just low class. He wouldn't return not one phone call from either me or my attorney over a 3 month period. Really nice guy huh? On top of it. My foot is in more pain then before my surgery. Stay away from this hack of a practice. They aren't loyal people. Especially Dr Milam!

I feel for the poor patient who had a similar story with Greenberg as I do. He operated on my foot,…read moresaid 6-8 weeks. Immediately..the first post op visit, without looking at it, it changed to 8-12 weeks. Black and swollen, 9 months later. I kept going in.. saying something's wrong! Oh it's fine.. recommended an Ace ankle sleeve. Finally found another doctor who would see me and there was ZERO healing. Needed 2 more operations, my foot will never be fully functional again. I can't drive for more than 45 minutes before it cramps up or walk more than 1/2 mile. If anyone is interested in suing this guy, I'm all in.

Went for a consult regarding foot surgery. Had a minor bunion that gave me no pain but was getting…read moreworse slowly. Dr. Greenberg recommended having a Lapiplasty. Extremely involved, brutal surgery. He made it sound like a very minor surgery and I'd be out of the boot and walking like before surgery at 5 weeks max. But could walk in a boot during this time. So a week later I go in. I come home and am in a cast and can't weight bear . Pain is absolutely unbearable. No instructions or advice for when I go home what would I need to get through this. I had to get a walker because crutches were dangerous. A raised toilet seat was needed. Never asked if I would have help when I got home. For weeks after surgery. I couldn't walk never mind drive. Foot hurt 24/7. Finally called the office to get an appointment for a follow up. 2 weeks later I'm in his office and he removes dressings etc... Said it looks good. I'm given a boot that's so painful to put my foot in . Told to get to walking. Really. My foot is a black and blue balloon. 2 long incisions beginning to heal. This surgery is intense and emotionally harrowing. I was not told this part of it. Any time I called the office they were so rude and condescending. I cried every time I hung up with them. I'm a nurse and not a whimp either. I had so many questions for the surgeon. About pain, incision care, weight bearing status, etc... No compassion at all. Staff is really uncaring and abrupt. It's sad. I feel for other surgical pts of his. No follow up except for an appointment 2 weeks after surgery. Be humane. A phone call to check on me and to answer any questions directly after. You have so many different locations you work out of I could never reach you. And I left a few messages with questions I had and got zero response. Asked to speak with you and just was brushed off. I was drowning in pain and bewilderment I had this brutal surgery without being prepared at all. It was cruel. This is a 1 year complete recovery surgery. 1 year. I joined a support group on Facebook. Over 10,000 members. Some surgeons are wonderful with communicating and explaining. Helping prepare patients for when they go home so they have what they need. I received none of this. None. Called and asked when I could drive since it was my right foot. No return call. Asked what I should wear after the boot came off. Nothing. The Lapiplasty support group helped me do much. I was no longer alone. I wasn't unusual. This is a brutal surgery and it's many months before I will recover. I'm 15 weeks post op and still walk awkwardly with a limp. And still swells and is painful. I had to ask for an order for physical therapy. Wasn't offered. Shameful. You atrophy quickly and lose range of motion and muscle. Quick. Been going for pt 3X week for 8 weeks. Intense. Helping but still limping. Anyway I normally don't publicize things but this has ruined my life. I was extremely active before. Months later I'm still crippled. Don't want someone else to go through what I have been through. It's really ruined my life .
