She was great! I started going while I was pregnant and having issues with my lower back. I've continued going since then and now I see Edward as it works better with my schedule. He's also great! He adjusts my daughter too, who is 1 year and has since she was 8 weeks old. Speaking of which, the staff is incredibly helpful with my daughter. While I'm getting loosened up by rollers or stimulation, they take my daughter to play so I don't need to worry about it. They keep her until I'm done so I can concentrate on my well being! Then, they bring her in so she can be adjusted too. She loves them! Also, if you get there on a weekday morning (when I go) there is rarely a wait at all. They thrive on word of mouth referrals, which of course is the best way to go when you are a service provider. I don't usually find scheduling to be a problem though they are always busy. Meghan (Dr Schaffer) has magic hands and has really helped me alleviate pain throughout my pregnancy. I would almost knock this down to 4 stars because I would estimate approximately 1/3 of my appointments have started on time, but as I have equally been on the receiving end of Meghan wanting to spend more time testing my alignment and perfecting my adjustment when she identifies another subtle area to sooth, I will keep at 5 stars. Because really, that woman is a six.
