They thrive on word of mouth referrals, which of course is the best way to go when you are a service provider. I don't usually find scheduling to be a problem though they are always busy. Meghan (Dr Schaffer) has magic hands and has really helped me alleviate pain throughout my pregnancy. I would almost knock this down to 4 stars because I would estimate approximately 1/3 of my appointments have started on time, but as I have equally been on the receiving end of Meghan wanting to spend more time testing my alignment and perfecting my adjustment when she identifies another subtle area to sooth, I will keep at 5 stars. Everyone at Bayside was wonderful and I was able to get in right away! Dr. Torres was sweet and has great bedside manner. She had me booked for 4 appointments and said she has great success with most babies flipping, unless of course their are other factors in play. She was very helpful! They are a holistic practice and offer support for many different ailments as well as support with lactation. They have a great location with plenty of parking and continue following all COVID protocols, and as a pregnant woman I appreciate the extra precautions in place to keep me and my baby safe. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I really appreciate his whole-body approach, which goes beyond just focusing on the neck or back. He also offers red light therapy, which I've found to be incredibly helpful and effective. The office staff is also wonderful and always does their best to accommodate appointments and make the entire experience easy and convenient. I can't recommend Dr. Miller enough!

It's been a few months since my one and only visit to this office. Let me preface my review by…read moresaying that I've lived in many different places and have seen several chiropractors. They squeezed me into their schedule, which I appreciated at first but ended up waiting about 45 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. If I had known it would be that long I would have asked to come in on a different day. The doctor had the manner of someone who'd shotgunned five Red Bulls paired with the ego of a surgeon. Aside from the general exam and spinal manipulation, there was a bunch of "therapy" in the forms of tugging, pushing, and whacking. I kind of felt like I was being Punk'd. This extra "therapy" was what they had charged me $50 in addition to my expected copay upon check-in. I thought they were mistaken but they insisted, and it was after a long day at work so I figured I'd just pay it and deal with it later. After later checking with my insurance company and seeing that they had reimbursed the office for the "therapy," I contacted the office to have them look into it. I had to bring them my insurance statement. A couple of weeks passed and I called to ask about the matter, and the woman on the phone curtly said, "You were right. A check is in the mail." I received a check a few days later. Just a check. No note, no apology for the inconvenience. The whole experience was just gross.
